We had no complaints about the service picking the car up. Easy to pick up and the car, although not the expected make, was comparable and it did state ‘or similar’ in the wording when we booked. We did have to wait quite awhile on returning the car though. There did seem to be a hold up. It was raining and no proper office, so squashed up under a narrow canopy.

I wouldn’t use them again. I ended up paying twice the price for the car once Sixth was done checking me in. I called the company to explain the issue we were having at check-in and they wouldn’t do anything to help. From now on I’ll only hire from From Enterprise directly. **update** The company reached out to me by email to ask what happen. I went into more detail about how I though they really ended up putting us in danger. They did not respond back.

Sent email on 2nd September 2018 to request Carrentals match a better price I found under their Best Price Guarantee. After they messed me about & 23 days later no response! Then had the cheek to email me asking to give them a review…so here it is! Would have given a better review if the had matched the price & paid the difference as they promise to on their website! Email sent 2/9/18 - Re: {2018/08/31-14726578} GB Beat Rate Request Hi Catarina, Thank you for your email. I called reservations & spoke to Ricardo yesterday (as instructed below). Ricardo said I should email you again, as he agrees that your email contradicts your website: www. as follows… “Please note: If you already have a booking with and find a better price on our website, please do not use the Best Price Guarantee form, but give us a call on 0123-3225 114 or send us an email at ....co.uk” Ricardo said I should email you again. A good service with helpful and polite female staff. The cars aren't perfect - but that is reassuring in a way as you feel less pressure when driving. The collection point was a minibus drive from Bergamo airport which isn't ideal if you are in a rush to get off. On the whole a good service
