Cheaper than booking direct with any of the car companies and I researched them all. Massive saving on insurance !

Do not use Fleet car hire
We booked with Fleet and collected a car from the port in Dubrovnik. The guy we dealt with was friendly and professional but was strangely and unusually thorough in his inspection of the car. We had the the car for 6 uneventful days and returned it to Splt airport. The guy there walked around the car taking no notice of the inspection sheet completed at the start. He then bent down and felt underneath the front bumper and pointed out a tiny scratch that he said we had caused. He went straight to this scratch. We pointed out that the underneath of the car had not been inspected at the beginning of the rental period and that we had never been anywhere that could have caused damage. His immediate response was to say that as we had insurance, we could claim back the costs. This is a scam. By using our phone as torch and camera we could see a scratch that was obviously old. I advise you not to use Fleet and ask Carrentals.co.uk to remove them from their website.
