From booking till arriving home everything was perfect. Our hotel was ideal and the food was good, I had a lovely room, clean and comfortable.

My last experience was last June 2024, I organised a block booking to Llandudno we stayed at the grand hotel, it was being refurbished but we had a pleasant time the excursions where good overall the trip was a success.

Change of hotel
Already booked a holiday to Blackpool to a certain hotel but saw all the bad reviews so asked Caledonian if we could change to another hotel. There was no problem at all. They did not even charge for the change. Very happy with the service.
