everybody so friendly and helpful ,could not do enough for you. Hotel and staff just great, room clean and tidy and food was nice,a good selection, something for everybody.

This was our 1st trip with Caledonian…
This was our 1st trip with Caledonian and we absolutely loved it, The Claymore at Arrochar was superb the staff worked so hard. Our driver Richard was excellent and very knowledgeable. Peter who had taken us out on a day trip was also excellent. Food was really nice well organised. In my opinion the only thing I would propose to help restaurant staff on 1st evening would be a menu sent so we can preorder this would save so much time , the 3 remaining days guests complete the menu at breakfast. Aslo would it be possible to send a full itinerary of the days we are away of the trips and times when sending boarding passes. These are just suggestions other than that we love Caledonian travels, we booked IOW when away that's how much we loved it. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday .
