Folkestone, Bruges and Canterbury
Went on the Folkestone, Bruges & Canterbury trip. First there was a mix up of the drivers which eventually got sorted, the stops were very good al though only one at Gretna Green on the way down. The hotel was dire, desperately in need of an update, food was mediocre at best. Staff were nice and helpful. We only had 1 hour & 40 mins in Bruges so that is a wasted trip. Wouldn’t do a long trip again. Also check your hotel reviews as they don’t always use ‘nice’ ones.

I disliked that I have booked three…
I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

Never go to the Britania hotel Newcastle
The bus was comfortable. Our driver Mick was brilliant, he took us to some lovely places. Now for the accommodation , all I can say is the bed looked clean. The room was disgusting, it was filthy with stains on the walls and filthy curtains. Because it was an airport hotel all we could do in the evening was watch tv in our dirty room. We couldn't even go for a walk.Ĺots of people on our coach had upset stomachs with the recycledfood. We would definitely go with Caledonian again but never to the Newcastle Brittania Hotel never never.

Really enjoyed my recent 2day trip to…
Really enjoyed my recent 2day trip to Harrogate & York. Our coach driver Paul was brilliant, really funny & friendly he made the long journeys a whole lot less boring. He was great too at giving out all the information we needed to make things easy & enjoyable for everyone. Our hotel was really nice too, my room was sparkling clean, comfy bed & plenty storage too. The meal was delicious & piping hot, & every member of staff was cheerful, helpful & welcoming. I believe this was a new hotel for Cal Travel & they should def make it a regular. Thanks again to Paul for a greaat return journey 😊
