The coaches are clean, comfortable and bright making the journey enjoyable. Our driver George was very pleasant and kept us informed about our journey. Definitely do it again.

Cancellation policy
Request to cancel my trip. Was informed that we would lose Β£150. Request to move it to another trip but was informed it must be picked one there and then Unacceptable and very disappointing.

Very professional outfit
Very professional outfit. Great driver who was so knowledgeable. Hotel great. Food reasonable. Drinks vouchers greatly appreciated. Unfortunately small twin bed and it was very uncomfortable. Huge bath sheets which were welcomed. All in all a great trip including an excursion from Llandudno to Caernarfon.

been a few times with you,s this year just came back from Bournemouth royal bath old Victorian hotel nice and relaxing spa gym entertainment excursions, all on coach trip seemed to have enjoyed it long coach journey but ,off to Torquay next month looking forward to it π π drivers do a great job and your team great value holiday, π
