I only travel with Caledonian
I only travel with Caledonian. I am a solo traveller. I have had maybe 10 holidays to Llandudno. I love it there. The drivers have all been excellent and friendly. I am booked for two more holidays and I intend to book more. Thank you all at Caledonian. Xx

New to Caledonian Travel…
We are new to Caledonian Travel previously used another local bus company, our first day trip was amended to an hour earlier pick up time without any warning and the time travelling increased from 2 1/2 hours to over 4 hours due to multiply extra pick ups, the trip itself when we got there was very enjoyable but we were reluctant to book again with Caledonian. I was sent an email about another day trip when I looked at it we were interested and when I saw that our preferred seats were available we decided to give Caledonian another go. This was a big mistake as less than 2 weeks to the trip we were informed that our seats had been changed I contacted the company to complain about this but they were not interested and said it was in their terms and conditions that they could change seats. So trip no.2 both of these are for 3 people and yet again we have changes if they wanted to make changes I think they should at least give you the curtesy to ring and ask if the changes are suitable for the persons travelling. We are due to go on this trip on Sunday 20th July and it will be highly unlikely that we will ever book with Caledonian again I like to think that if I book and pay for something I get I get what I have paid for. I have been assured that the only pick ups are in the Hull area this time we will wait and see what Sunday brings.

Dave our Driver, very dry and funny. All trips were brilliant. Hotel lovely, but only one lift. Meals really nice, but not very organised i.e. had our starters and then waited a long time before main course, as other tables who arrived after us got there main courses before us.
