Folkestone, Bruges and Canterbury
Went on the Folkestone, Bruges & Canterbury trip. First there was a mix up of the drivers which eventually got sorted, the stops were very good al though only one at Gretna Green on the way down. The hotel was dire, desperately in need of an update, food was mediocre at best. Staff were nice and helpful. We only had 1 hour & 40 mins in Bruges so that is a wasted trip. Wouldn’t do a long trip again. Also check your hotel reviews as they don’t always use ‘nice’ ones.

I disliked that I have booked three…
I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

Carole was brilliant but on Tuesday and Thursday we had another driver from another company and he was a bit lacking on information, only advising us what time to be back to the bus, kept saying no idea, never done this before, there was also a fire alarm went off in the hotel, we all left the hotel but there was a complete absence of hotel staff to advise what was going on, it was the fireman who advised us it was safe to go back into the hotel.

Lovely Whitby day trip
The drivers, Chris and Zoe, did a fantastic job getting us through horrendous traffic hold ups on the A19. This made us at least an hour late to our destination, but the company agreed to give us an extra hour before our return. The time allocated for the trip was just right. We had an enjoyable day, as did all the passengers it would seem.

Great holidays
Easy to book online. All information needed to book is online clearly. If you run into any issues customer services deal with it quickly and professionally. I have been going on caledonien holidays for over 30yrs and can honestly say they are great value for money. I have just booked the Italy trip and really looking forward to it
