Folkestone, Bruges and Canterbury
Went on the Folkestone, Bruges & Canterbury trip. First there was a mix up of the drivers which eventually got sorted, the stops were very good al though only one at Gretna Green on the way down. The hotel was dire, desperately in need of an update, food was mediocre at best. Staff were nice and helpful. We only had 1 hour & 40 mins in Bruges so that is a wasted trip. Wouldn’t do a long trip again. Also check your hotel reviews as they don’t always use ‘nice’ ones.

I disliked that I have booked three…
I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

Great trip to Arrochar
Great trip to Arrochar on the 4th -7th of July, the coach was great,my friend had a mobility scooter and the driver Simon was very helpful with getting it on and off, nothing too much trouble for him also a very funny man! kept us updated with everything felt very safe,hotel workers were fantastic nice hot food couldn't fault it and very friendly will definitely be booking again.

Holiday was fine but itinerary…
Holiday was fine but itinerary regarding pick up and stops seem to revolve around certain passengers late being picked up on return certain passengers dropped of in town to be picked in hour when everyone else on bus stop to drop off at Carlisle said passengers got off bus for smoke break driver included no one else told we could have a break told on way down stop would be 45 mins at Gretna village but when we stopped told only 30 mins due to 15 min unscheduled stop at Carlisle not fair when everyone else didn't get the opertunity of the 15 mins at Carlisle other passengers were talking saying favouratisim for certain passenger wasn't the only one who noticed

Trip doon the water
The whole experience was very efficient and comfortable. The bus driver was cheery and helpful and the journey was stress free and enjoyable both ways.The time in Largs was relaxing and the sun shone.The sail on the Waverley was a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the day thanks to efficient and friendly staff.
