Folkestone, Bruges and Canterbury
Went on the Folkestone, Bruges & Canterbury trip. First there was a mix up of the drivers which eventually got sorted, the stops were very good al though only one at Gretna Green on the way down. The hotel was dire, desperately in need of an update, food was mediocre at best. Staff were nice and helpful. We only had 1 hour & 40 mins in Bruges so that is a wasted trip. Wouldn’t do a long trip again. Also check your hotel reviews as they don’t always use ‘nice’ ones.

I disliked that I have booked three…
I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

Just been on the Durham Beamish 5 day holiday driver great hotel clean and tidy food very good trips good only thing didn't like was the cups of tea but not a problem that's me would recommend the trip will go on it again thanks

Waverley Paddle Steamer/Adamton Hotel
Caledonian need to remove Adamton Hotel. Rooms tiny. Unable to open curtains in my room due to vehicles parked directly in front and able to see in. Evening meals shocking.

We booked a holiday in Isle of Wight…
We booked a holiday in Isle of Wight through tates travel from the 7th till the 11th July and must say one of the best hols we have been on from pick up on 7th to dropping off on the 11th our driver was Tom and I have got to say he was a very entertaining and knowledgeable driver the hotel was very clean and spacious situated on the sea front,staff very attentive,meals were very nice the day trips were very scenic and we also took a extra trip on a mini cruise around the island and Portsmouth very enjoyable,we also had another driver for toms day off which was david who lived on the island and had a lot of knowledge very interesting we would recommend this holiday to anyone thinking off taking a holiday Good food,great staff and the entertainment each evening was very good best one was Ellie on the last night thank you for a most enjoyable stay

Good trip
I was on a Bournemouth & The New Forest tour with Caledonian Travel. I stayed at the Carrington House Hotel -Bournemouth for 5 days from the 7th July with trips to the New Forest and Lynhurst. Steven our driver was very courteous and professional. He gave an excellent commentary on points of interest and plenty of time at each location. As we were experiencing a heat wave my bedroom at the hotel was very warm, but the hotel provided a fan. Air conditioning covered the ground floor. My room provided everything you would need for a short stay. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style with self-service and a good selection. For the price of the holiday, it was excellent value for money.

The agent when I rang was very helpful. I had to ring back, and the next agent was just has helpful. When ringing back yet again the agent was just has helpful, my I paid my balance. Updated my details and received immediate confirmation via email of this.
