All went smoothly but for not having a single room as I know the hotel has a few as I’ve stayed there before.

Comfortable coach and great driver
It was our first trip with Caledonian, and we had a caring driver Alan. He was very helpful as my husband is a wheelchair user and didn't try to rush. He was excellent at his job. Overnight we stayed at Leonardo hotel which was clean and comfortable.

Excellent Service at the Middlesbrough Office
Once again excellent service by the holiday consultant (Paul I think) in the office based in Middlesbrough Bus Station We went on Saturday to book a 2day break to Skipton & Windermere We have booked several excursions with Caledonian and have never been dissapointed

Always good value for money
The whole trip was lovely from start to finish. The coach was comfortable and the hotel was great and very accommodating. The time spent at CBeebies Land was perfectly timed. The driver was very pleasant and went out of his way to assist people where necessary.
