Customer service could have handled my complaint a lot better. The "supervisor" chose to overule her colleagues resolution to my issue even though proof was shown, and acknowledged, that they were wrong. The "Supervisor" was patronising and unhelpful. I have been a long standing customer and regularly do group bookings. Her attitude was very unprofessional.

Left half hour late which I can…
Left half hour late which I can understand left glasgow driver missed Hamilton pick up point so drove around Hamilton twice then he missed Gretna bus parking area so drove around Gretna twice got back on coach n driver only stayed on motorway for a couple of exits then left and drove through all the country areas n didn't get to Blackpool till 4pm way home dropped at Hamilton n drove towards Blantyre driving up one way streets 7 hours to get to Blackpool n 6 hours home absolute joke from AAA coaches
