Great driver
This was the trip to Chester and Liverpool - our driver was brilliant but for him to get us to the hotel in Runcorn, the route, was terrible. The hotel is terrible to navigate a bus into the reception area and car park however the driver eventually managed it. The hotel itself was clean but needed decorating. The food was poor I’m afraid. Apart from the hotel our trip was great! I’ve already booked with Caledonian again. Thanks
