I ordered several supplements. Some of them had all kinds of strange ingredients, e.g. sugar in what was supposed to be pure Vitamin D powder. I requested a return. All three requests were denied. I wrote to Customer Support and they said all I needed to do was ship unopened, unused items back for a complete refund. I mailed them back USPS at my own expense. That was months ago and never received a refund. They have ignored all email requests since. WORST SUPPLEMENT COMPANY. Do not order anything from them.
I got Bulk Supplements products. 06/06/2025 When I asked costumer service about the equivalent measurements, the answer was "We do not know, we don't have that information." Am I wrong asking about the amounts I need to take of products the BS recommend? I am disappointed not only for the lack of information but trusting the business. Distrusted Costumer Raquel Rodriguez

Garbage, low purity and low quality products that do not even survive close to their expiry date! No surprise they offer slightly lower prices.

Terrible service. I placed a large order in February 2025 (3 months ago at the time of writing) and have not yet received anything. The tracking system for the order does not show any updates and the company is not responsive to emails and queries. Don't buy from BulkSupplements.com!!
Allulose is not allowed in Europe, and my shipment was sent back. Now after my inquir And 3 weeks I got the money back on the credit card . Than I was informed that next time I should research before ordering, and although I paid for insurance they wil, not cover it . Advise: put it on your website what is not allowed in which countries! Update: Now I stopped ordering from them, as they made it impossible to pay by credit card. They automatically change to bankpayment, which will mean I loose money when the goods are not allowed into Europe. As they wrote to me.. I have to research before ordering! Because they don’t want to reimburse again. If payed by creditcard the shipment or the money is safe. In general we don’t like this crump style of dealing with customers!
We paid for express shipping which they offered on their site. They then sent it via normal mail, and when I contacted them, initially brushed it off with "we don't express ship internationally". After I pointed out again that we paid for nothing then, they refunded part of the shipping money. I had to follow up a few times, and eventually they sent a postal item number that shows the item arrived at a post office. We drove there (in a dangerous area of the city), but the post office has closed down. I asked them to find out where my package is, and they said they wont, I need to. I reiterated they need to, as I ordered express and while I understand I may sound unreasonable, I would have never ordered if I knew they were posting, as our post office is a mess. I got the same response that they already sent a tracking number and they won't do anything more, I need to find my own package. I may still be able to track it down, but it's extremely poor customer service, and a possible large sum of money lost on an order we may never receive.

SCAMMERS! Pls don't waste your money and time here! What an extremely unreliable company, they never sent out the products that I ordered. I had lots of communication, but they didn't live up to their promises! Luckily, my credit card insurance did help out to cover the costs incurred. Anyways, let this be a warning to all of you. That's why I wrote this experience. Peace, R
Pésimo servicio. Compré desde Colombia por una publicación de ellos de Instagram y ahora después de dos meses les pregunté por mi orden y me responden que ya llegó a Colombia. Pero que está en la aduana y yo debo hacer el proceso de importación. Por un pedido de U.S. 50. Jamás vi eso de un proveedor. Mejor que no vendan a Colombia si no podían hacer el servicio. La mercancía se pierde yo no sé ni cómo hacer eso proceso ni cuánto cuesta en valor y tiempo. Y les respondo eso y me mandan una política que dice que ellos no responden por impuestos, ni aduana ni nada. Pero si venden. Increíble. Ellos ya sabían que se iba a perder la mercancía. Es una estafa ese servicio así. Quien va a comprar con esas condiciones?
Bulk supplements are the best! I love their prices. But in today's world it would be awesome to see some lab results for their products. Maybe someday?
Horrible company I posted a bad review in their website and they never posted it they hide the reviews … I just to buy monk fruit and it was ok taste now they change the product and it taste disgusting I had to Throw in the garbage … also the add maltodextrin but you never see this in their page website of course they don’t refund anything this is an scam company I would never again
negative star if possible Found their apps and tried out as curious how about their product. I have been buying the product (other brands) in powder form from other US platform and just want to have a try if the product is good since the courier fees is high assuming better service?. But after payment remitted, the apps update was the parcel was "It's on its way". No update, and no courier service contacted me and I waited till May!! I managed to check the website (after waited long enough) to get hold of the courier company called "Aramex". I remember the charges was not low, so I am expecting to be better but no update, no calls and I had to google their contacts to get hold of a PIC. Gave them my AWB and was told the parcel was hold by custom and the Country of origin has instructed to dispose!. I tried to ask for more details or statement but was told to read myself on the website which has no update. Wrote to their CSR asking for refund, but then was told that their selling policy " which basically means nothing is their responsibility" which means I got scammed. As the product is not new to me, i questioned about their product declaration or even if the agent has declared correctly during custom clearance? So they had not registered the product properly and still want to sell to Malaysia and then pushed all responsibility to buyer. So i got no parcel and no refund. Learn my lesson, dont buy from such company as they cant do registration or even appointing a correct agent. Whats more can you rely on them? Quality? please...
I ordered a 1 kilo bag of Monk Fruit Extract thru Amazon. On Amazons website, it was described as authentic unadulterated Monk Fruit Extract with NO OTHER INGREDIATE in it. When I got the product, it read that it contained Maltodextrin. I contacted Amazon and got a full refund.
I ordered a bottle of BulkSupplements L-Theanine (365 capsules) in September 2024. When it arrived, I noticed orange discoloration on the bottle but thought little of it at the time. After several months of daily use, I discovered a capsule inside that was visibly discolored with orange staining. This raised obvious concerns about contamination. I contacted BulkSupplements with photos and documentation. Despite the defect clearly originating at shipment, they refused a refund, replacement, or credit, citing their 30-day policy. To make matters worse, I attempted to submit an honest review through both the BulkSupplements app and website. Although I received confirmation that my review was submitted, it was never published. It appears that negative feedback is not being made visible on their own platforms. Products meant for long-term consumption require strong quality control and honest customer feedback policies. Unfortunately, I no longer trust BulkSupplements and would advise others to be cautious when purchasing. When it comes to supplements, trust and safety are non-negotiable. BulkSupplements failed on both.
