SCAMM COMPANY they said your product is in transit but, never show a solid information about that, maybe they sent whathever to a wrong country and then said: sorry we dont know if the customs of your contry allow this product, that is a bullshit, is a bad idea to bought something to this people very bad experiene if you are in any coutry of LATAM , Europe or any place its the same, are a fake company. Whenever there is Maltodextrin as other ingredient in one of BulkSupplements products it is VERY difficult to see this information. And I mised it. I thought I was buying a 100% blueberry and 100% spinach powder and spent over 100 Euros all together. I have a sick and very sensitive body. I am so upset. This is a lot of money for me. And now I cant spend it again for a long time. I have no choice but to throw it out. The blueberry powder does not even taste like blueberry so I assume the proprotion of maltodextrin is quite large. So I have to throw out the spinach as well.

I was disgusted with their customer service, their don't give a shite attitudes, i brought matcha powder it was very bitter and grey, nothing like the nice green powder ive had in the past. I have since learnt they dont have their products pass a proper thorough testing to ensure its fit for human use, be very aware of what you are getting!!

After I purchased on here, and paid extra for shipping, I found the products online from Amazon cheaper. The products also give me so much gas that I don’t think I will be able to take them consistently.

I ordered some herbal extracts on BulkSupplements. The package was sent in a few days, but never reached me as it was stopped at the customs, then sent back to BulkSupplements. I contacted BulkSupplements to ask how is it possible that they allow ordering for these herbal extracts to my country and they replied it was customer's responsability to check if customs allow it or not ... lol what ? A company selling product worldwide not checking what they can send abroad... I've now been waiting for my refund for 2 weeks ... customer support is telling me it can take up to ... 2 months to be refunded. Not really sure how this kind of shady company can still be in business in 2025.

Good service and solves the problems that the postal service can cause. Reasonable prices and good selection of products. However, communication could be a little smoother.

Seriously wondering if this is a reputable company? Have messaged regarding a question pertaining to one of their products and they have not responded. this is not the first time i am sick and tired of constantly having to message customer service several time in order to get a response. I do not think that companies that are not transparent and cant offer ANY RESPONSE OR customer service should be in business. CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONLY REASON YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILLS AND IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THEM YOU WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONG

I placed an order and decided to cancel within an hour. They refused to cancel the order for me. I contacted over a dozen times via email and phone. They rarely answer the phone but I did get a representative once who said the order is cancelled. Six hours later it was still shipped. They said I can return the order but have to pay shipping fees. If you do want to buy their product, buy from amazon directly. Interestingly, they use amazon shipping anyway. These people are crooks, once they have your order they refuse to cancel it!

They don't actually post your items, total scam! They make you wait a month and then say parcel was "undeliverable" while location shows miles away from you.. on top of that they charge you 'return' fee. shocking, horrible service.

Delivered on time with a disvount to share with friends. I bought digestive health capsules, took two instead of four to start off, within an two hours i went the loo.. i suffer with constipation so i was delighted with that result., and no bad wind.. happy days

This company paid a bunch of creators including myself to create videos for them. After creating the videos, the company backed out on its offer and is refusing to pay all of them. If a company is willing to do this, imagine how many shortcuts they take when creating their product. Shady shady shady!

Shipping was quick just needed to take 10 grams when most people reported half a gram dose other than that it was good

I have cancer and trusted bulk supplements to give me a clean product with the guanabana extract and find they add dextrin to the wonderful product which makes it into something I would not put into my body why do contaminate a wonderful product with non healthy rubbish so sad I purchased this from U Unhappy Rob Smith
