Total lack of care
We paid for express shipping which they offered on their site. They then sent it via normal mail, and when I contacted them, initially brushed it off with "we don't express ship internationally". After I pointed out again that we paid for nothing then, they refunded part of the shipping money. I had to follow up a few times, and eventually they sent a postal item number that shows the item arrived at a post office. We drove there (in a dangerous area of the city), but the post office has closed down. I asked them to find out where my package is, and they said they wont, I need to. I reiterated they need to, as I ordered express and while I understand I may sound unreasonable, I would have never ordered if I knew they were posting, as our post office is a mess. I got the same response that they already sent a tracking number and they won't do anything more, I need to find my own package. I may still be able to track it down, but it's extremely poor customer service, and a possible large sum of money lost on an order we may never receive.
