Attention: Please do not buy it, health risk!!! I bought three products 'natural herbs' for about €100 in total. It tastes like poison!! bulksuplements does come up with a 'professional test report' and that they are approved products. I did not trust it because when I have the product in my mouth and want to swallow I just notice that the poison taste really sets off all my physical alarm bells, I do not trust it! So I have again at another webshop these same natural herbs (from my own country, the Netherlands) This just tastes like natural herbs and it cannot be compared to those of Bulksuplements. I wanted to return it but even that went very difficult with bulksuplements.. I have now thrown everything in the trash. I want to make my body healthier and better with these natural herbs but this tastes chemical then I am not going to take any risks!!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased and 10 min later I tried to cancel. And they waited till the next day to tell me it was too late and it already shipped.Liars! Also, they never sealed the little seal at the top of the bag so when you open it spills everywhere.. I will never order from them again!

It’s been over 10 days since I placed my order and my order has yet to be shipped. Why would I want to order your supplements in the future when clearly there is no urgency to release products. Do Better!!

Delivery time is worst than wish and temu

The EAA, BCAA and Taurine just tasted terrible. I put the recommended amount of each in a bowl with a bunch of fruit, including pomegranate seeds, granola. A bunch of stuff. Still tasted like shit. I intend to see if you have this stuff in capsule form. Maybe that would help. Anyway, you always deliver good stuff, good packaging, quickly.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrendous Customer Service! BulkSupplements.com is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I was on their subscription service, which, by the way, gives you **zero** notice before they automatically charge and ship your order—whether you need it or not. I canceled my order **before** it was even sent out, yet they shipped it anyway! That was just the beginning of this nightmare. I have called them **over and over for days**, and guess what? **Not a single call back.** Their so-called “customer service” is **non-existent**. If I lived in Henderson, NV, where they operate, I’d be at their door demanding answers. This is beyond unacceptable. If I ran a business like this, I’d be out of business—**and frankly, they deserve to be.** Avoid BulkSupplements.com unless you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and frustrated beyond belief. **Absolute garbage customer service.**

ABZOCKE!! Wenige Stunden nach meinem Kauf hatte ich einen Fehler in meiner Bestellung festgestellt und die Bestellung daher sofort schriftlich storniert. Mehrere Tage lang hatte ich versucht Kontakt zum Verkäufer zu bekommen, per Mail und Kontaktformular - erfolglos. Trotz Stornierung wurde die Ware versendet und plötzlich konnte man sich doch bei mir melden um mit mitzuteilen dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich sei, da die Ware ja bereits versendet wurde. Nun wurde die stornierte Ware geliefert (einfach abgestellt, habe nichts persönlich entgegen genommen) und ich müsste die enorm hohen Rücksendekosten in die USA tragen, obwohl ich lange vor dem Versand storniert hatte! Ganz mieser Kundenservice!

Don’t buy from them. Worst customer service ever. Refuses to take responsibility for my lost parcel even though it states clearly on their site that if it is lost, it is their responsibility to contact the couriers. They use aramex, too, which is the worst company ever. I contacted aramex and they refuse to do anything about it. None of their staff sound like they even live in NZ, where I live. Sounds like they all live in India, working at a call centre and not actually being helpful at all, always talking through a script. Don’t give them your hard earned money.

Ho avuto un'esperienza un po' altalenante con questa azienda. Il pacco ha subito un ritardo e il servizio clienti non è stato molto reattivo: le email non ricevevano risposta o arrivavano con notevole ritardo. Tuttavia, alla fine il pacco è arrivato in buone condizioni, e questo è sicuramente un punto positivo. Se migliorassero la comunicazione con i clienti, l'esperienza sarebbe decisamente migliore e meno stressante.

I hate to say anything bad about anybody. But, I don't know that I have ever had a worse online experience. I have purchased a lot of supplements from Bulksupplements. I place an order and received what appeared to be incorrect contents. I tried contacting BS and only received a generic replys. This didn’t resolve the problem. I have called many times only to get their auto phone system. Left numerous messages and NEVER received a return call. I’ve sent several emails and only received generic reply s. I return the item and haven’t received credit. These people are the worst!!!

mi pésima experiencia con esta compra la quiero definir: No compres productos de esta empresa si vives en México. Los productos son buenos y a muy buen precio. El problema es aduanas México. Resulta que compre un bulto pequeño de L-Arginine, en polvo con un costo de envio de USD$20. Todo bien hasta aquí. El punto es que me llega un correo con una solicitud de pago de impuestos por USD$200!! Así no conviene!! No caigan en la trampa de comprar desde México. Tal vez desde EEUU u otro país está bien, para México, no.

I buy from Bulk Supplements a lot. I have boxes of herbs and powders. I never seal the Zip-Lock bags, because their zippers are pointless, and I'm too lazy to transfer them. But, no big deal. The products are not effected, other than moisture, like clumping over several months for some herbs. But, that breaks up. One reviewer said, they ordered Monk Fruit, and "yeah" they knew it usually was mixed with artificial sweeteners. But, they bought it specifically to avoid such things. Then complained that it was not sweet, and how horrible the company is. I am sorry to Bulk Supplements, you try to help people and other than very specific things like Glucosamine Sulfate that has to be of a way higher quality level to work. Because, of the molecular size, and such. Your products provide people with the chance to get things that they could never afford, buying in pill form or tiny quantities. The people complaining are a representation of how unhealthy mentally, and physically, people are, all over the world. No, you are not getting a refund, because "Customs", in your country cut open your kilogram bags of powder, to check for drugs. They taped them back shut. This company is great, and they go "out of their way" to provide information about all of the items that can help people. They have extensive information on their website and in other areas. I feel bad for this company. Because, one it could be and probably is, the level of people. But, it could also be other intentional efforts to discredit the company. People don't understand about this area. As, this company provides health products for most of their items, that you as the customer must use a milligram scale to weigh, before use. No scoop. Sometimes, but rarely, and it specified, to use a scale. They occasionally give refences for some items, that the dosage is approximately a teaspoon or the such. But, mainly it is you buy for an affordable price powder, that you then must weigh. I don't often get shocked. But, the person that left a review about Monk Fruit, typed up nice and neat. But, was oblivious to reality. Because, they even said in their review, how all the other version from other companies have it mixed with artificial sweeter. There is a reason for that. They still left a 1 star review, like many others. Even, this area of bulk sales is fought over, and often the competition does not want the products sold in bulk. Even, though they themselves purchase from the companies or in bulk and then package up, small bottles to sale for a huge "mark-up". Of the very few bulk sellers, Bulk Supplements is the biggest threat, to the others, because the others sell the same things, for a lot more money. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. But, I trust the company, and have never had a problem with them. I have bought from them for a lot of years. I just happen to come across this review site, on my way to the information website of Bulk Supplements, to look up some things about which item to buy next for what I need. I buy through their website, and Amazon. I have never had a problem, and one time when the photograph was not updated to show an added ingredient, I was immediately issued a refund with no need to return.

Do not order from these guys, do not ship or respond to any emails!

Order never arrived. Customer service takes 7+ days to respond to emails and then refused to reship items. You can’t get a hold of them on their phone # and they don’t return calls.

I have yet to get my order. I have always been very happy with this company and eagerly await my items ordered.
