BLUESEA Hotels

We were originally booked for blue sea callo but around a month before travel our hotel was cancelled and moved to blue sea Lagos de Cesar. Our room was spacious, view wasn't great from the balcony as it was basically facing a dirt hill. However I'm sure if you pay more the sea facing balcony would be lovely. Hotel was clean, and as we visited Nov/Dec COVID rules for masks and sanitation was in place. The staff were very friendly and really couldn't fault them. We went all inclusive Food was quite bland and repetitive (would of been nice to have some actual flavour) but plenty of drinks choices including cocktails. Beach was a short walk away and bus stops were virtually on the doorstep. If I was to pay the same price I did for the holiday I would definitely go back here. Worth it and can always eat at the other restaurants nearby.

El hotel está muy bien situado y las instalaciones perfectas. La habitación excelente, limpieza también muy buena.

No lo recomiendo buen trato al principio para recoger las llaves de la habitación pero una vez que entro en la habitación y llamo a recepción para quejarme por la falta de limpieza cambio totalmente el trato, falta de higiene pelos en el baño polvo por todo el mobiliario el suelo sin barrer y la cuna que le han puesto a mi bebé estaba manchada de sangre y quemaduras de cigarros por todos los laterales. Nos marchamos del hotel sobre la marcha

Bonjour, Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très sympathique et compétent. Beaucoup de flexibilité pour les repas à prendre ou pas. Prévenir à minima 1h ou 2 avant de venir. Avantage du Covid, la piscine et autres locaux, resto et bar ne sont pas surchargés. Il en est de meme pour les visites des musées mais attention ils ne sont pas tous ouverts pour la meme raison!!!

We went to Blue Sea Bastian in Costa Teguise on 7/10/20 and what a waste of time worse holiday ever food was disgusting we had to eat out every day and we were all inclusive we went at the same time as friends and they had the same problem I wish I could put the photo of the sausage they gave us it wasn't even cooked we mentioned it to the staff and they didn't care at all the staff were not helpful at all you only had 45mins to get your food and drink and eat it we are elderly and are quite slow walking so by the time we got to the table a lot of time was spent. The alcohol was so weak you had to get two drinks at a time otherwise it was like drinking water. If you get the safe or should I say hire the safe if you are not injured if your belongings are taken you are not insured which is disgusting you also have to hire the kettle. All the music was Spanish which we could not understand it should have been a mixture. We are pensioners and we save all year for our holiday but this year we could not wait to get back home I packed 2 days before we were leaving we really could not wait to get out of there oh and the TV always went off at 5.Oclock that is the English Channels Its not even worth 1 star.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a settembre 2020 e sono rimasto deluso dalla pulizia delle camere, lascia molto a desiderare.Posizione buona per visitare tutta l'isola.

Bluesea interpalace that is the worst hotel i've been before ever i'm talking about services i will never ever come back there verry disapointed about the personal.cleaning.food.bar.to be honest i dont thing this is a 4star hotel anyway it was bad experiance.thanks anyway.

estuve la última semana de agosto y no vuelvo a ir aunque me lo regalen. fuimos todo incluido y comíamos fuera del hotel porque la comida era..... tenia sesión en el spa y lo tenían cerrado, salto 2 veces la alarma de incendio por la madrugada y no hubo nadie para informar. podría poner más, en fin un desastre de vacaciones ( comparando con otro hotel que estuvimos años anteriores), lo único bueno ,la amabilidad de los trabajadores.

Decepcionante. Reservamos un apartamento en régimen de todo incluido durante una semana. Nos instalaron en una habitación con baño, ni rastro de la cocina. Cuando se lo hicimos saber en recepción, nos ofrecieron la opción de cambiarnos a un apartamento acorde con nuestra reserva, pero sin aire acondicionado. Establecieron tres turnos de comida de 45 min de duración, estábamos en el último (cena de 20.45 a 21.30). A y 35 comenzaban a apagar las luces del comedor. Entiendo que a esa hora dejen de servir comida, pero sería un detalle que permitiesen acabar de comer con calma (los de los turnos previos podían "extenderse" a los turnos posteriores). En cuanto al menú, todos los días lo mismo, muy poca variedad, un menú infantil perpetuo (patatas, pasta, arroz, carne guisada a diario). El todo incluido termina a las 23 horas aunque el bar de la piscina abre hasta más tarde, y no incluye ni la mitad de bebidas que ofrecen en la carta. Lo único bueno: el personal atento y amable.

El personal muy amable i muy atento,medidas muy higiénicas se cumplen todos los protocolos covid 19.....la habita con muy cómoda y grande.....gracias

Fatal la limpieza, fatal la situacion y fatal el trato.. una vez vista la habitacion decidi pasar solo esta noche ahí, y no me devolvieron el resto de las noches simplemente por realizar pago con visa.. de risa.

La verdad que muy contentos con el complejo, la habitación y el trato de algunos camareros.. Amables.. Pero otros no tanto.. Debido al exceso de horas de trabajo.. Por el resto muy recomendable..

Mi familia y yo hemos estado en uno de sus hoteles. Falta de información al buscar el hotel.Falta de información en la recepción y pésimo atendimiento.. La comida deja mucho que desear aunque el personal del restaurante y de la piscina bien., educado La limpieza nula Lo mejor la piscina encanto personal, limpieza, educación, atendimiento etc etc

I booked a holiday on 12th February 2020 through Booking.com to the Blue Sea Costa Verde Hotel El Arenal Majorca.It was for 11th May to the 18th May I booked it on the "pay at the property basis" however the hotel took the full amount from my card (€269.78) shortly afterwards (14th February 2020)They told me via Booking.com that the hotel was closed in May due to the Corona virus pandemic and that they have cancelled the booking.It has now been 3months and I have not received my refund I am upset and annoyed about the way I have been treated and would like my money back immediately so I dont have to take this matter further.Regards Eugene Lynch. .....I have just received a reply saying contact customer services at Blue seas hotels this is NOT an answer I demand my refund thank you .............I have contacted customer services at Blue sea Costa hotels several times since 20/08 2020 but still no reply to this date 02/09/2020.Please do the decent thing and refund my money.

Limpiesa.... 00000000000... es el mas sucio hotel que e visto en mi vida.... y si estas 10 dias aqui...te dormes en la misma savana....las camas estan amarillas de pis.... estan todas meadas..... no se limpia nada nada nada...

Me encanto las instalaciones del hotel, el buffet, el spa y el trato del personal me pareció muy bueno también. Espero volver en un futuro.

Nosotras buscábamos un lugar tranquilo donde descansar y poder disfrutar de la playa. El Club Marthas ha cumplido nuestras expectativas, además las medidas de seguridad del hotel, dada la actual situación sanitaria nos han parecido muy apropiadas. Experiencia totalmente recomendada si lo que buscas es descansar.
