Home was beautiful just as described. Driveway was plowed immediately after snow stopped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful neighborhood and home. Management was very responsive and super helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. We will definitely rent again.

Cozy Cabin was very nice and clean.. We recommend this Cozy Cabin very spacey for family and friends trip. The Blue Ridge agent are wonderful check up on us and making sure everything going well. We surely return again!!

Loved the house we rented on Deepwood ct. very close to Hawksnest with easy access and great view. The house was laid out for privacy, while allowing us to enjoy all the house amenities. The rental management were very accommodating in getting us in a little early. We look forward to renting this house again next year

I’d use Blue Ridge Rentals again and again. I love their communication and checking in. They took feedback and also didn’t block my review like some company’s do. This was my second time using them.

Renting for sixth year. Rental process and messaging are mostly seamless. Might provide more info when snow occurs as to “scraping” process and expectations as to when plows might reach certain sections in Eagle’s Nest.

I have rented with Blue Ridge Mountain Rental at least 4 times but I won’t be using them again. The customer service provided was not satisfactory. I felt like they didn’t care about us. When we arrived the driveway was packed with snow and there were 2 large long boxes weighing more than 200 lbs each, occupying the driveway. There was no way to move them without a forklift. We tried to move them ourselves because we needed more space. We had to constantly be rearranging our cars because there was not enough space due to the packages. To make matters worse the house did not have a shovel for us to use. There should have been one accessible. There were no instructions stating we had to bring one. When I called to ask about plowing the driveway and removing the delivery I was told they were short staffed and probably wouldn’t be able to help. No one followed up with me. If they expect people to do their own shoveling they could provide a shovel. The next day, the fusebox was tripped so we needed to reset the breaker. The breakers were behind locked doors. How is this allowed? The temperature was 58F downstairs. We waited over 3 hours for maintenance to call us. We finally got tired of waiting and went searching for the keys. We figured out where the keys to the doors were and successfully reset the breakers. The emails I sent were responded with sorry only. There was no attempt to remedy the situation. This is a million dollar neighborhood. People pay more to stay there and to be ignored is terrible customer service.

It was a great place; there was an issue with the refrigerator in the kitchen, so they had another one placed in an odd area of the living room, but it’s understandable and although a little cumbersome, it was OK. In the snowy weather, the driveway and road leading up to it are very steep so I 100% say prepare for that: snow tires and all-wheel drive/4WD are still barely enough to handle the situation in very cold/snowy weather. The house is fun with the ping pong table and hot tub. It was also close to several ski resorts and the Hawksnest snow tubing place. I recommend it!

We stayed at Highland Mist. The home is beautiful and the view is incredible! My fiancé and another couple stayed in the whole 5 days and enjoyed the beautiful log fireplace. We will be back next year.

The company was so nice when we were having a hard time leaving. We were told we could wait until 1:00 which was perfect.

We had a nice time at the cabin. It has everything including sleds for children. It was well maintained and clean. 100% recommend it.

Our cabin was incredibly clean and in a great location! The kids loved the hot tub and the rooms were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a cozy weekend in the mountains & would definitely rent this home again!

This little house was perfect for the two of us! Beautiful inside and out. We didn't even feel like we needed to leave the house. Do be careful though if it's supposed to snow! The roads are really windy. Lastly, if you plan on cooking, I recommend bringing your known knives. The ones provided were extremely dull.

This house was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt completely at home thanks to the beautifully decorated space, comfortable beds, and ample space for everyone in our group of 10. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better stay - highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly amazing rental experience!

We loved this place❤️ It’s perfect for friends and family. The house is cosy with amenities and in excellent location, 10 min away from Ski resort, parks and winyard! Definitely must visit.
