Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals

House was nice. Arrived to a broken kitchen drawer left on the counter. Also could use a coffee table in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen.

House was in a great location, dog friendly, nice setup to allow family to hang out, wildlife visited daily. House was not as clean as we have seen in other rentals. While BRMR offered to come reclean, they were not able to get to the home within the window agreed to reclean the home on our 1st full day there so we declined future cleaning so as not to interrupt our stay further over the holiday.

The property we rented was terrific and perfect for our multigenerational group of 12 - age 3 - mid -60s. Blue Ridge rentals was very responsive to our questions about trip insurance. We did have a bit of a delay in response time to a question about the property the day we were leaving.

The emails with important information were sent in a timely manner. Very detailed information in the rental agreement. Follow up emails during our stay to make sure we knew who to contact if we had a question or issue during our stay.

Love this cabin. Had such a great time last year, we booked it again this year. Would give it a 5 star review but we had a couple glitches. The code didn’t work and it took us a while to gain entry (and it was cold!) we were disappointed to see a dumpster parked out front which marred our Hallmark view. Great cabin, tho.

Everything about this company is top-notch. We've been renting through Blue Ridge since it was founded. My first memory was calling and getting a real person who helped me decide which house to rent, and the owner of the company bringing firewood to the house HIMSELF (in the rain) when we realized the house had been depleted. Amazing customer service, even back then! Every interaction I've had with people has been lovely and real (Dan Fitzgerald is a next-level human ♥️). The houses are flawless, the cleaners immaculate... basically, every rental company should take notes on how BRMR does their job. Love being part of their Never Lost Family!

Sugar top was a great house… my family highly enjoyed the house and the layout of the house… it had plenty of room for our whole party and my Boys loved the recreation room. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of seating for meals, and my boys also loved the hot tub as well

The accommodation was great for a family of 9. The location is ideal for all winter sports. We were able to ski and snow tube easily. In the future we will probably try to book this accommodation again.

BRMR went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. All communication was sent prior to our trip, any questions we had were answered immediately and we had 24/7 access via text as well. We will definitely search their properties first for our next visit!

They Communitcate Very Well with Planning and Execution of Business.

Did not appreciate getting to the home in the dark with no outdoor lighting on and the wrong door code was given to us.

The cabin was as advertised and the host quickly responded to all inquiries.

Never maid it there paid for a week can't get my money back

Very happy with our experience. After the flooding from Hurricane Helene, we were very nervous going forward with our trip. They quickly found us a new house after the one we rented was damaged. They also helped our anxiety about closed roads and restaurants. The house we switched to was perfect, couldn't have picked a better house. Our family loved it!

My wife and me and my dog had a great stay at the hook line and sinker cabin at fish camp in banner elk close to town and sking. Very comfortable cabin for two and a pet. we will be staying again.
