Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals

The rental company was great. The house was good and accommodated us well. The only problem we had was that the hot tub & washer were not working but the rental company notified us a couple of days before arrival. The kids were disappointed about the hot tub but had a great time in the snow. House wasn’t ready until 430 but it was a holiday weekend so I guess they were busy. Appreciated the refund the rental company was able to get us since we were missing some amenities. They were great to work with & we ours use them again.

Would like to leave my feedback about my stay here for these 4 days. I arrived at 4:05 and the house was all dirty. The cleaning lady arrived at 7 pm because I called to complain, but since there wasn't enough time to clean, the house wasn't cleaned. The next day I went to turn on the fireplace and it didn't work. I called to complain and they wanted to fix it on the penultimate day of my stay. The video game controller was faulty and the Jacuzzi wasn't in perfect condition either.

The views were gorgeous and the house is very spacious! We enjoyed the big hot tub. Our only small problem was that it could have been a little cleaner, especially on the main floor and kitchen/dining areas. As soon as we came in we had to sweep up and we found some trash in the couch cushions. Other than that our stay was great and we would come here again.

High end private community of Eagles Nest made our first experience in Banner Elk safe and special. Roads were plowed regularly made getting around less stressful than staying outside of a planned community with wonderful amenities. The wild life was plentiful and fun to watch. The unit is grand and we loved the "black bear" theme throughout. The house was well maintained but, the stove was missing a knob to control one of the burners, the hot water in the kitchen was frozen up for the first day only then was repaired. The right up is misleading showing 4 bedrooms when there are only 3.

My Husband and I rented a cabin for our 15 year anniversary it was a beautiful cabin “A River Runs Through It” we enjoyed our first two days there. We watched the presidential inauguration and the Buckeys win the Championship cozy by the fire! GO BUCKS! After the game we realized the pipes froze upstairs and the water came pouring into the kitchen just a few hours later. The ladies with BMR were angels! They had us in another cabin (Trillium) just as perfect as the first cabin within 2 hours. We were so relieved with the quick responses and fast transitioning to finish our trip. The Manager came out to the cabin at 1030pm to check on us. She was so sweet and helpful. Before we eventually left to head home (3 days later) we realized they refunded some money for our troubles and they explained the homeowner was very thankful we jumped into action and shut the well pump off so there would be no further damage to the cabin. All in all we will always use Blue Mountain Rentals for all of our trips! Absolutely wonderful customer service and hospitality!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a difference a little snowfall can make. That, along with a great view of the ski slopes made our long week-end something to remember. Being medically challenged I was able to witness the enjoyment my kids and their children had ice skating, sledding, riding the coaster or just taking a walk. Unfortunately they were not able to enjoy snowboarding as our reservation was canceled due to the "snow storm" Sunday, Jan 19th. We will look forward to coming back to Sugar Mountain in the near future to check that off our list. Overall a very enjoyable experience. (On a housekeeping note for the owners, the coffee maker still had old grounds from a previous tenant, no instructions on how to light the gas logs and the Xmas tree was still up a month after Dec 25. I didn't allow these to affect my review of 5 stars.)

We had 2 families for an early weekend tubing/skiing trip. Had an awesome trip; plenty of space, super close to the tubing, 15 minutes away from Sugar Mountain, and the hot tub was a hit! Definitely would rent again.

The house is pretty new and modern all spaces are wide, 3 living rooms, 5.5 bathrooms.. was perfect for us! all appliances are good brands and clean, Laundry room next to kitchen, huge balcony, amazing view from every angle of the house! Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We highly recommend renting this home.

It's easy to be fabulous when all is good, but when there is a problem, that's when you show how the company truly cares. We have rented from BRMR for years and this last visit is the first time we have had a problem. The lack of response shown when we had an issue has made it clear that this was our last rental with BRMR. I am sure that if the homeowner knew the lack or maintenance and care for the safety of their renters, they would choose a different rental agency to rep them.

The house was great. Plenty of bathrooms for our family. Beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have a separate thermostat down stairs. Disappointed that no one ever came and checked to see why the gas logs wouldn’t work. We tried all directions given and was told someone would be calling and then coming. This never happened.

Great communications, wonderful properties that are always as described, and responsive customer service.

Amy Wright has great people skills -she is always there to help us-every time we've talked to her all our questions are answered- wish more companies had people like her - great human being.

This home is absolutely stunning. The outside porches with the breathtaking views. You won’t want to leave. It is well equipped with all of the essentials for a memorable family vacation.

We had a great first trip to the high country! Timberwolf lodge was so clean, so cozy and had everything we needed to feel like home! The views from the back decks were gorgeous! We can’t wait to come back again!

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Was as described on the website. They sent very informative instructions and directions and notes to help us plan ahead. Beautiful views and helpful staff.
