Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals

The cabin was ready, clean and fully equipped with everything my family needed for our stay. We had a fabulous time playing pool, darts, and video games. I highly recommend this cabin to other families with kids. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic cabin. Absolutely beautiful views, clean, and well stocked.

The home was amazing and very well stocked with cute upgrades and supplies for the snow. We had some shovels, some trash bags, normal salt/pepper, very little dish detergent/washer detergent. That would have been a nice touch to have two of each to use for basic trash, dishes, one or two loads of laundry. I enjoyed staying there however some of the key enhancements of the condo we not working. i.e. the dishwasher, oven (the oven did not work in a baking situation only in convection which was harder to use) and lastly the grill needed service. WE managed and did what we could with all of the services we had. The refrigerator had some issues but nothing too crazy. But mainly the oven, grill and the hot tub worked amazingly for our purposes. we loved it. Lastly I did not like the 10am checkout on sunday as we wanted to attend church and ski. could there been another options to stay or stay half a day.

Lovely cabin. While we had a short stay, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances needed to be comfortable. It was incredibly peaceful and the interactions with the Blue Ridge Rentals were all pleasant and helpful. We will definitely look back into their properties next time we come to the area.

I loved their location only request would be put curtains on the frond door and deck door of the property I stayed at but everything else is fabulous I will definitely keep on booking with them!!

We had a great trip to Banner Crest! The rental company was easy to work with, communicative, and responsive. The house had beautiful views, comfortable beds and rooms, and plenty of space for our large party of various ages. It was also an easy drive into town, and in a lovely location. We had a great time and would definitely return in the future!! Thank you!

Great communication by Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Condo was exactly as described. Unit was clean and kitchen had all necessities. Bedroom could use some curtains to pull together at night so light doesn’t come in around the edges of the shades.

The property was pristine, cozy and absolutely perfect!! Amanda the owner was always available for any questions with a quick response time. The bonus was that is was a dog friendly property. We will be returning in the future!!

This is a great location if you’re interested in visiting the area of Benner elk and Sugar Mountain and Beach Mountain. The accommodations were spacious and it was well kept.

The house was absolutely amazing. The huge front yard and fresh snow made for a picture perfect sledding experience for 4 young children. The locations was central to Beech Mtn and Hawksnest along with Multiple restaurants. But the best was when Blue Ridge sent guys over to plow the driveway and assist us in leaving with all the fresh snow.! Highly recommend and will definitely rebook next year

The house was in a perfect location to experience winter. We did have to buy light bulbs for some of the interior and exterior lights as well as batteries for TV remotes.

House was clean and had great views. We had a little issue with the firepit and they sent someone out on a Sunday to address. Great communication and experience.

This is a truly lovely home! We very much enjoyed our snowy weekend! It's very well appointed with plenty of space. The decks are lovely. Very convenient location to Boone, Valle Crucis and Banner Elk. In the winter months, you really need 4WD or All Wheel Drive at the least.

We loved the house. It was beautiful, obviously you can see by the pictures. The view was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable. And we had a lot of fun in the theater room and playing on the foosball table. My kids had never been in a sauna. We probably did that every single night along with the hot tub and it was amazing. The only thing that I will say about the house that I didn’t like was that the TVs were very hard to understand.If you want to watch TV, good luck. lol But you do have a huge theater room downstairs that works great

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was the perfect size for our family - plenty of room to have space when needed, but cozy enough that we had to spend time together. The drive up the mountain takes ~ 15 min after you get through the gated entrance. There was a heavy snow and we actually had to get snow chains to get up and down safely - with 4WD. That being said, they did an excellent job at clearing the roads in the neighborhood the next day - and they continued to work on the roads through the day. We were so appreciative. Of note - the "back road" to Beech Mountain was not an option while we were there. There was actually caution tape to prevent people from traveling on it - again likely for safety :) Hopefully this will open soon as I can see this cutting down on travel time from the community to Beech Mountain.

This is the second home we rented through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Both homes were exceptional. The reservation process is easy with great communication. We will definitely be booking with them again.

The home was absolutely stunning and provided a ton of space for our group. With that being said, the mountain view from the home is amazing, but more care needs to be taken in cleaning. The large windows and glass doors that showcase that beautiful view, were dirty and terribly streaky from previous cleanings and full of handprints. The tv in the living area was also full of what appeared to be child’s handprints and a trash can in the master bathroom was full from whoever was in the home prior. The hot tub was nice, but the walk up and down the steps were a little tricky with the ice and snow. Again, the home is amazing, just few minor things that were noted during our stay.

The cabin I initially rented was impacted by the very cold weather on a holiday weekend. I have several thoughts on this - this weather was expected so I would have thought that extra caution would have been taken to prevent impact to water pipes; the rental co gave us several options to rent in place of our initial selection; we ended up in a smaller but acceptable cabin; this cabin was not clean - cobwebs throughout the house in kitchen cupboards, windows and closets - very dirty bedspreads, throws and sofa.

We've stayed at Stress Relief several times and have enjoyed our stays. However, the WiFi is often slow and not always reliable.
