Lookout Lodge has been an absolutely amazing mountain getaway! This house has it all - breathtaking views, tons of space, and every amenity you could want. We loved the pool table, movie/game room for the indoor fun, but our favorite spot was the fenced-in backyard. It's perfect for grilling out, relaxing in the hot tub, and gathering around the fire pit - all with a stunning mountain backdrop. Peaceful, relaxing and truly the best escape. Can't wait to come back!

Our second time renting Almost Heaven. The cabin was clean and no issue with appliances. Enjoyed the stay and sitting on the porch. They could remove some of the tall shrubs at the corner to enhance the view.

Bear Crossing was the perfect spot for 3 generations of family to spend time together in the mountains. Very clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of sleeping spaces, & no wait for a bathroom. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the ever-changing views of Grandfather Mtn. We've rented from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals for 15+ years, and our stay at Bear Crossing exemplifies why we are repeat customers.

The rental experience with BRMR went very smoothly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The cabin itself was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. From the amenities to the peaceful location, everything met or exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent from BRMR again and highly recommend them to others looking for a great mountain getaway.

The house is lovely and quiet. We all decided we would stay there again. The only difficulty was getting into the house. We spoke with 3 different people after the code didn’t work and it took an hour and a half to get the door open. Would not have been as big a deal if we hadn’t arrived needing the restrooms. An hour and a half is a long time to wait then. When your customer service people say I will call you back in 5 min. They REALLY need to follow through. We wouldn’t let the third person give us that line and she finally got us in.

I can't say enough good things about Almost Heaven. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely well kept. There is plenty of entertainment - everything from a pool table to a foosball table to board games and a hot tub. The best part of the house is the balcony where we got to see some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever experienced. It was the perfect family retreat to escape the heat. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay, the house has the best view and there's plenty of space for everyone. We really like that it has 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms and the game room with 4 bunk beds worked great for all the kids. Can't go wrong with this place!

We love renting from Blue Ridge Mtn Rentals. They helped us find a place to stay when we ran into water issues in our Boone home. They made it easy for us to find a place close by and had us settled in a matter of hours. The cabin was cozy on a beautiful peace of property and it worked perfectly for our pets.

They are extremely detailed and organized in the communication. The property was well stocked and did a nice job of making it easy to extend our stay as needed. First class operation. I will only use them on all our rental needs as we have done in the past.

We loved being up in Seven Devils. Sitting on the patio taking in the incredible views was just so relaxing. We work at a camp near Asheville and just wanted a quick getaway with friends near Boone. The location was perfect. So close to the parkway, Grandfather Mountain and Blowing Rock. The house was perfect for us. Beds very comfy and a very well stocked kitchen. Loved our stay.

Hot tub was not clean to my satisfaction. So wasn’t able to use it immediately. Then the shower started leaking thru the ceiling in the kitchen on day two. So now we are not able to shower. It took two days for both of these issues to be fixed. Called and left messages and never got a call back when these issues would be fixed. The tech came Wednesday morning found the problem with the shower and didn’t return until 4:30 that afternoon to fix it. So 3 days we weren’t able to use the hot tub and a day and a half no shower. I paid a lot of money for these amenities and was not able to enjoy them for the full rented time. The property is highly overpriced. I stayed in Hilton Head last summer for the same amount of time and paid the same amount of money.

Had difficulty accessing the property. Property was not cleaned. Beer cans in the fire pit, leaves and debris on the front porch, no towels in the master bath, and the bathroom and kitchen were filthy. Despite the fact that we made multiple calls to the management company, nothing was done to correct the defects and we never received a return phone call from anyone who could make a decision or correct the problems.

Beautiful setting! Spacious & Private but not far from town. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms very clean.

Blue Ridge Mountain rentals is the best rental company I have ever used. They are professional and quick to handle any requests. I have used them many many times and will continue in the future!
