Very disappointed in the way Blue Ridge Rentals handled these problems

Hot tub was not clean to my satisfaction. So wasn’t able to use it immediately. Then the shower started leaking thru the ceiling in the kitchen on day two. So now we are not able to shower. It took two days for both of these issues to be fixed. Called and left messages and never got a call back when these issues would be fixed. The tech came Wednesday morning found the problem with the shower and didn’t return until 4:30 that afternoon to fix it. So 3 days we weren’t able to use the hot tub and a day and a half no shower. I paid a lot of money for these amenities and was not able to enjoy them for the full rented time. The property is highly overpriced. I stayed in Hilton Head last summer for the same amount of time and paid the same amount of money.
