I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Ik ben een zeer tevreden man en ben al verschillende keren geholpen geweest en dat was nodig D.U. daarvoor .Ik raad het aan iedereen aan want zo iets beters bestaat niet . in een paar seconden wordt u op de hoogte gebracht rapper kan niet. Geloof mij maar Groetjes Marnix
Heel slecht!! Ik wil graag mijn geld zo snel mogelijk terug. Ik kan heel bitdefender niet gebruiken waar je pas achter komt als je het gekocht hebt, Kan niet installeren. Bitdefender beslist over mijn pc omdat er nog een spoor van een ander virusscanner op zit die er niet af gaat. Kaspersky jaren gehad, geen probleem. Bitdefender zegt gewoon jammer, pech ik installeer niet. Geld kwijt en zie maar. Zo snel mogelijk mijn geld terug

Vorab bleibt zu sagen, dass das Produkt von Bitdefender ok ist. Der Umgang mit dem Kunden dagegen ganz schlecht. Mein Konto wurde ohne mein Zutun von Bitdefender auf Abo umgestellt und ein erhöhter Betrag per Paypal abgebucht. Erst zwei Wochen vorher bekam ich dazu eine Mail. Zuvor musste die Verlängerung aktiv bestätigen. In meinem Konto kann ich keine Kündigung vornehmen, ebensowenig wie auf der website. Es ist auch nicht ersichtlich welcher Mailadresse welche Zuständigkeit zugeordnet ist. Eine Telefonnummer wird ebenfalls nicht angegeben, noch nicht einmal im Impressum. Meine Mail an den Bitdefender Support wurde nicht beantwortet, erst die Kündigung per Einschreiben mit Rückschein hat zu einer Antwort per Mail geführt. Die Mail hatte keine persönliche Anrede, obwohl ich schon lange Kunde bin und der Nachname der unterzeichnenden Person war mit einem Großbuchstaben abgekürzt, sodaß die bearbeitende Person unbekannt bleibt. Eine abwertendere Behandlung von Kunden ist mir bisher nicht begegnet. Unbedingt "Finger weg" von Bitdefender.

Bitdefender hat mir 2 Wochen vor dem Ende des letztjährigen Vertrages ungefragt das 250fache der letztjährigen Gebühr -nach mindestens 8-jährigem Kundenverhältnis- einfach vom Paypalkonto abgezogen und bietet mir bei Abmahnung eine 2-jährige Mitgliedschaft für den horrenden Betrag an! Da ist selbst ein Stern zuviel für solche Dreistigkeit!
