Cancelling a Bitdefender auto-renewal

I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?

Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Have I made a terrible mistake in…

Have I made a terrible mistake in buying Bitdefender? I bought it earlier this evening and received three emails from them relating to my purchase. One of those messages purported to give me the information I needed to download and install the software and get started. The problem is that not a single on of the links in the email works. Please can anyone suggest how I can get it up and running? Following the publication of my review I received, via the Truspilot website, an anodyne (and no doubt standard, universal) reply from Bitdefender. It was absolutely no help in solving my problem. I have lost all faith in the company and its products.

I had a recurrent connection problem…

I had a recurrent connection problem with my fairly new laptop. it worked well initially, then failed to connect to the internet. However, after contacting Bitdefender Support, it was resolved after a short time. The operators were very patient and talked me through the process. It is now working perfectly.

arnaque ou plateforne de gestion pirate?

Des le depart, impossibilité d’obtenir des infos sur le produit pro qui me convient, par mail. Finalement je prend un abonnement gravity zone business pour les attaques avances. 15 jours essai paiement le 30 Septembre Pas de mail de réception de mon paimement. Cela serai dut a une mauvaise inscription de mon mail. Durant 15 jours il était impossiblede contacter qui que ce soit , afin de vérifier pourquoi je n’avais ni facture ni licence, alors qu’elle etait payée Mon compte se désactive je finit par réussir a contacter bit defender La facture et le numero de commande est non donne malgres de très nombreuse relances, et malgres la modification et enregistrement de mon mail Je met 15 jour pour obtenir la clef de licence apres paiment. L’Interface est gele depuis plusieurs jour/ou certaines fonction non disponible Des conection de multiple android et serveur,se produisent malgres ma protection.Le technicien m’annonce que je dois passer a une protection superieur (+de 300 euros , sans la protection mobil)alors que j’ai déjà souscrit à une protection avancée pour petite entreprise ,pour un mac et 1 android(en fait non, il n’est pas protege, car la solution pro ne protege les mobiles qu’avec un suplement de Plus de 200 euro) Il n’y a aucun guide pour installer un logiciel de securite, dont le fonctionnement et les options sont très particulière. Lorsque je demande de l’aide, il m’est demande de payer en plus(ce que je n’ai pas fait). Depuis jeudi je demande un remboursement qui n’est jamais confirme. De toutes evidence, vu l’accent tres prononce de l’ingénieur de la plateforme pro, la gestion ne se fait clairement pas en Europe.j’aurais aimée en être avertit, vu la conjoncture actuelle. Le 30 cela fera un mois que j’aurais paye mon abonnement , et si mon remboursement n’est pas confirme je ne pourrais rien faire. Je ne veux plus jamais entendre parler de bit defender. En plus de 20 ans,je n’ai jamais vu ça. C’est un manque de professionnalisme totale. Quelques soit les mails de contact je n’obtient pas de remboursement.A chaque foi les personnes se renvoit la responsabilite Personnes ne gere les defaillance de la plateforme de gestion Je ne comprend pas qu’une société multi primes ait ce type d’attitudes En agissant ainsi vous mettez en péril mon activité et vous en moquez royalement. Si vous continuez, je devrais saisir une association de consommateur, voir entreprendre des demarches legales a votre encontre.

Bitdefender is rated best and has real human support.

Bitdefender got the best reviews and human support was available. I needed this to convert a trial version into a subscribed version, as I couldn't find the appropriate instructions. Support pointed me to the appropriate instructions, which I followed and added another computer to my subscription entitlement.
