Cancelling a Bitdefender auto-renewal

I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?

Had them for 5 years

Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Product is easy to use and customer care just excellent!

Product is easy to use compared with others and thoroughly reliable. I hadn't used a password manager before, but their customer care assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through with so much patience and good humour.

Toshiba P755 Laptop Freezing

9:58 PM (1 minute ago) Bitdefender Customer Care Representative's excellent succinct assistance, suggestions, and referral to a guide online resulted in me being able to successfully resolve the "freezing issues" with my Toshiba P755 laptop especially while I was attempting to update the windows 7 operating system to windows 10. I have been able to install the windows 10 operating system which will enable me to continue to use the laptop, even though it won't be able to operate with windows 11.

Attention subscription trap

Attention subscription trap. This store makes it impossible to cancel your current subscriptions. Everything is so hidden that it is not possible to cancel a subscription quickly. Even if you have managed to do so, the subscription administration portal works so badly that you move from whitescreen to whitescreen. Hands off!

I have used Bitdefender for many years and love it! I think it's the best program out there. It's easy to use and comes with many options. Customer support is fast and polite. I'd be lost without it.

They went out of their way to assist me. They asked questions to completely understand my needs. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. I have never been helped so much by a tech company like I have with Bitdefender. A true pleasure to work with.

The customer care assistant was professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the query I was raising. And polite and patient with me. BUT to remove Auto Renewal was extremely complicated and frustrating. Luckily I had remove Auto Renewal at point of purchase.

Inte så lång väntetid för att få hjälp. Den förste (mannen) som jag pratade med ställde bra och relevanta frågor. När han skulle undersöka något, gjorde han misstaget att koppla bort mig. Ringde upp igen och fick hjälp av en annan (kvinnan). Jag upplevde även nu att jag togs på allvar och bra frågor blev besvarade. Vi skildes åt med vad jag skulle göra. Det löste sig.
