I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Got fed up with McAfee bombarding me with renewal messages when my contract still had 3 months to run so tried Norton. Got fed up with Norton continually telling me what other add-ons are available - only £39 or only £49, basically spamming me to get more money. So tried Bitdefender. I get the odd message asking me if I want to turn other things on - at no extra cost. Have been with them for 6 months, will definitely renew next year.

We have been a Bitdefender customer for more than 10 years. In that time the app has defeated thousands of hits on our devices and regularly fought off all kinds of attacks. For us - Bitdefender is 'best on the market for protection' and easy to work and has excellent and professional customer service. We would not want to entrust our safety to anyone else.

I bought a new desktop computer with Windows. When I started it I saw that it came with McAfee already installed on it. I was used to use always Bitdefender. So, I uninstalled McAfee and installed my version of Bitdefender on this computer. Further in time I understoud that Bitdefender was already part of the computer I bought and it was coming with Bitdefender already installed but not activated. So, I will not have anymore to pay for Bitdefender.

Cet antivirus et sa suite de sécurité apporte souplesse dans son utilisation. J'ai opté pour l'abonnement tout en un ou je peux partager avec 25 membres de ma famille. J'utilise cette solution antivirus depuis un certain nombre d'années et j'ai migré vers ce nouveau concept. Amélioration constante des produits, sérieux des équipes, tout comme Kaspersky que j'utilsé auparavant. Un petit bémol, souvent le prix est un peu élevé, je sais bien que la sécurité n'a pas de prix, mais quand-même soyons attentifs aux possibilités financières de certains clients. Sinon, je suis entièrement satisfait de mes produits. Cordialement
