Absolutely a waste of my time and money! I have been paying for this service every month for the last 6 years. I called today to have a plumber come to my home because I found a puddle of water on the floor. The AWR rep had such a thick accent and he spoke so fast it was nearly impossible to understand a word he said. I had to keep asking him to repeat everything. Then he asks me to diagnose the problem. 🙄 I'm not a plumber! That's why I'm paying hundreds of dollars a year for your worthless service so that when I have a water leak you will send a plumber to come and diagnose the problem and fix it! If I was a plumber, I wouldnt need your service! Then the scheduling nightmare! The company they contract with changed the appointment timeframe 6 times!!! .S.I.X. TIMES!!! How am I supposed to tell my boss that I need time off 6 different times! Absolutely ridiculous!!! 🙄

The representative was very helpful. A service ticket was entered, and a technician arrived within 2hrs after speaking with the representative. I would recommend AWR coverage to everyone.

Never fixed problem. Easy fix but he didn't want to go under house. Had to pay someone else. Why pay you?

I am extremely happy that I invest in American Water Resources. The amount per month that I pay is pennies compared to if I did not have them. We all know that plumbing issues are not only a pain but costly. I had a sewer issue on a Sunday and was able to speak with a knowledgeable representative the same day to have a plumbing company dispatched to my property the next day. If I didn't have this service, I would have come out of pocket a few hundred dollars, this cost me $0 out of pocket. I am glad that this service is offered in my area. I recommend if you are a property owner, please invest unless you like spending unnecessary money. Well worth it!

The response on my call was quickly and they sent specialist just the same day to fix the problem and the problem was fixed. It was done with good quality.

The young lady Rona was very helpful she couldn't understand why I was told that the leaky pipe was not covered. She checked and it was so she got me another claim to get it fixed thanks to Rona but250 t after speaking with another person they said it wasn't covered so I had to pay over $ 250.00 to get it fixed.

We needed help sooner than could be offered and the plumbing company assigned to us initially had absolutely terrible reviews. I did call to have a different plumbing company come out and AWR was supportive and responsive and honored the switch, but it concerns me that AWR would be contracted with and assign such a poorly reviewed company in the first place. The plumbing company that did come out seemed great, but they also assessed there to be no issue with out main sewer line and we are not feeling 100% certain that is true, but are trusting it for now with our fingers crossed.

On time , thorough. In and out very quickly while testing and checking all gas lines to stove , dryer and water heater Thank you for sending a very knowledgeable oersin

The only downside was a long wait on hold to call in my claim. (About 45 minutes on hold waiting for a representative). But after that it was easy and went very smoothly. The agent was very quick and efficient and got the repair scheduled right away. The plumber arrived early which was perfect. And he did a great job and handled the issue and gave me some good pointers to avoid the problem in the future!
