I called in the afternoon after I notice the problem, before 5:00 pm and I received information about the plumbing Co. that was supposed to handle the issue right away. By 8:00 pm the same day the problem was resolved.

The first contact told me that the plumbing company would arrive the same day. The confirmation text from AW stated that they would come the next day.

The company fixed the leaky pipe problem but left the water on the floor. I think the job would have been great if he had a small wet vac with him to clean up the water for a largely pregnant tenant of mine or anyone who wants to have completed a thorough job.

What I disliked was finding out that if 2 or 3 things need service, that means 3 different visits, each at $50.00 each. The plumber himself had to explain that to me so I had service that day for what I needed - Sooooo, nothing was done because I needed a new kitchen faucet which they do not supply, put in and fix. I paid $50.00 to be told that and I still have the leak - oh well.
