Excellent customer service. I called in the morning to report my sewer backing up and they made all the arrangements for a company to reach out to me. By about 6 pm it was fixed and I was able to use my water again. Very easy process.

everything was repaired quickly and professionally. one minor suggestion: i was told by AWR that the plumber would get back to me within 24-72 hours. obviously having to wait 72 hours - three full days - would have been intolerable. i didn't expect that it would take anywhere near that long for the plumber to contact me. sure enough, they called within an hour. it would be good if AWR could tighten up the time estimates.

Within 10 minutes of my service request, AWR had assigned a contractor for my issue. The contractor communicated with me shortly after. My service request was assest and repaired the following day. I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness of AWR and the quality of repair. I would highly recommend AWR for your choice of Home Warranties. The issue was repaired. The plumber wasn’t a good communicator. Turned off the water without notifying me beforehand. Started the job on Thursday and came back to fix it on Sunday.
The company that you put in charge of the repair "Keepe" did a terrible job communicating between customer & technician. Conflicting dates & kept changing to where unsure the date or time. Plus communication with them was a recording , not a live person talk to.
