This is my seventh claim on my sewer line in three years. We have inches of sewer mud in the front section of our basement every time it backs up which is more often than not. My family has developed respiratory issues as a result and the damage to our basement is substantial. My entire line needs to be replaced. Every time a contractor comes they replace one small section at a time. I don’t understand why they don’t replace the entire line. I have reached the point where I’m getting estimates for a liner to be installed at my own expense. The only saving grace is that for all of the thousands of dollars worth of work that has been done I only pay a co pay but we have been living like this for years and it’s not healthy. I’ve actually reached out to several individuals to see if I can recoup for damges to our house and our health. One of us seems to constantly have a respiratory issue as a result of this ongoing problem.

This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Took me 2 contractors and 3 months of screaming & threating to go to the news I finally had my busted pipe replaced. Ironically we believe the 1 plumbing contractor is the one that busted the pipe in the first place by plunging it too hard to get the clog unclogged!!! I would NEVER recommened this warranty to anyone!!!

My basement backed up which it does from time to time, the plumber that came wasn't down there 10minutes he said I had a broken pipe and all he was getting was mud! He told how much it would cost and subjested I go buy a water pump! And with my basement still full of water! In a couple of days the water went on it's own I really don't think the plumber made an effort to snake the drain! My base is free of water! I'm going to get a second opinion and if they tell me that I don't have a broken pipe I will be can canceling your service!

I am unable to get online to see our account with my spouses email which was registered. We tried resetting the password but didn't receive their code. I then called AWR last week and after 42minutes on the phone/hold they changed my login to my emailed and said to wait 24 hours to reset pw and access account. I waited 48hrs and received a code but then a pop up appeared saying this email does not have an account. Today I called back, this time only being on the call for 24minutes. I verified my account with my new email, which they had updated and told them the scenario. They talked to tech but couldn't give me a timeline to fix the issue. I told them I was going to cancel all of my warranties on my 4-plex which is 9 if there isn't a solution within a week. I am so tired of being on the phone for something so simple.

Plumber repaired leak in shower pipe 4 days after receiving call. The worst part was the calling center where it was extremely difficult to hear with all their background noise and it was very difficult understanding the call representative. This issue needs to be addressed.
