We have a sewer line protection program with AWR and on several occasions, we needed to have a clog removed. Each time the service was done promptly, and the workers were both friendly and helpful. I give AWR high ratings for their service.

The only downside that I had was I had trouble understanding the customer service rep, she was pleasant but had a strong accent.

The customer service need a lot of improvement. I have only used the plumbing service and each time in trying to make an appointment, it has taken over 20 minutes. In that time frame, I experienced being put on hold sometimes over 5 minutes. Explaining my issues with my plumbing problems encountered my having to explain it over and over again.
