Website is the worst!
I am unable to get online to see our account with my spouses email which was registered. We tried resetting the password but didn't receive their code. I then called AWR last week and after 42minutes on the phone/hold they changed my login to my emailed and said to wait 24 hours to reset pw and access account. I waited 48hrs and received a code but then a pop up appeared saying this email does not have an account. Today I called back, this time only being on the call for 24minutes. I verified my account with my new email, which they had updated and told them the scenario. They talked to tech but couldn't give me a timeline to fix the issue. I told them I was going to cancel all of my warranties on my 4-plex which is 9 if there isn't a solution within a week. I am so tired of being on the phone for something so simple.
