I canceled my exterior and interior protection because it isn’t worth the paper it is wrote on . I am not happy at all about the way it was all handle.from American water resources.I would not recommend it to no one.

BEWARE ALL CUSTOMERS! This company will send you an unprofessional plumber and flood your house with sewer water and just leave you high and dry with the expense to clean all the neighborhoods shit up by yourself. On November 2, 2024 they sent a plumber to my house whom flooded it with sewage and destroyed my home, my furniture and left me traumatized!! I lost everything, the plumber was MPD Plumbing, they are horrible, they left with not a care in the world what they did! I am at a great loss! It was definately something that did not have to happen!!

Absolute scam. AVOID. Can't believe I paid for this for years. Then took almost an hour to cancel the plans while agent used every stalling technique known to man.

I am cancelling my coverages with this company. I called last month because the rate went up without notification and I couldn't afford the new amount on top of the bill and things. Was offered a new coverage at a low rate so I took it. I was told to pay the bill, and they would refund me the amount that was currently on my bill and just start out this month with the new amount. Well, I never got a refund, and I just saw my bill and they are charging me for 2 services. No Thanks!
