I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
Charlotte was lovely to deal with when arranging our trip through Audley Travel to Borneo. She put together a great itinerary which was well planned out. She understood well what we wanted and was open to our feedback after our trip which was also good as this is often a bit neglected. We had a great trip enjoying lots of wonderful wildlife and meeting friendly smiling people which lit up our holiday and created brilliant memories.

From the first contact to our arrival home our experience with Audley and Eric was the best vacation time we have ever spent. I have just recently booked my first Cruise with Audley. I wished to travel to the Far East. I have never had a cruise before so was a little unsure what to expect. My Cruise Specialist was Caroline Her expertise and knowledge at putting together an itinerary for myself and my friend ( both in our mid 70's ) was beyond expectations. Everything meticulously planned by her. A lot of thought and care was given to our needs also our quotation was received almost immediately. Culinary Delights
One of the standout moments of our trip was a hands-on paella cooking class in Barcelona. With guidance of our wonderful chef, Ana from Fresh Cooking Spain led us through the art of crafting traditional paella, along with tapas. Her warmth, humor, and passion for Spanish cuisine made it one of our favorite memories.
Architectural Marvels
In Barcelona, the Sagrada Família left us absolutely speechless. Gaudí’s visionary architecture, from its towering spires to its intricately detailed facades, was even more impressive in person. Our guided visit brought the history and symbolism of the basilica to life, and it was an experience we’ll never forget.
Artistic Treasures
Another highlight was our visit to the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC). The museum’s extraordinary collection of Romanesque church murals, Gothic altarpieces, and modern Catalan art gave us a deeper appreciation for the region’s rich artistic heritage. In addition to the artwork, the rooftop terrace offered spectacular panoramic views of Barcelona—an unforgettable vantage point that perfectly capped off our visit.

This was our first experience using a travel agent for an international trip.
I found Audley on Instagram. After speaking to a consultant (Eric) we decided to put our faith in this company.
We set a budget and quite honestly Eric was dedicated to our travel plans. We discussed, set itineraries, changed it a million times.
As to the trip and choices Eric made in regard to hotels, transportation and tours, far exceeded what I was expecting.
He booked us on private tours, hotels were all amazing, and transportation was flawless.
We truly connected with Eric and virtually every aspect of our trip was discussed in detail. He had us on “ walking “ tours, which I had rejected. We discussed it and he convinced me to do them. So glad he did.
We are retirees on a fixed travel budget.
Audley is the place to go. And if you’re going to Portugal , Greece or Spain , Eric is your man.
The whole process from initial inquiry, itinerary, booking and service during our trip was very prompt and professional. We worked with Thora Taylor and she really paid attention to what we were looking for on our trip and put together an amazing itinerary for us on short notice.

We just recently came back from 12 amazing days in italy. Audley travel and Sarah Quigley did an extraordinary job planning and communicating with us throughout the planning, traveling and follow up. When I first began to plan our trip I was unsure of where to go in italy. I reached out to many travel companies but chose Audley for their personal individualized approach.
I cannot rate Audley travel and in particular Shannon Phelan , our Japanese expert more highly.
I wanted to take my husband to Japan as i had visited the country 35 years ago and loved it.
When i contacted Audley Travel i was put in touch with Shannon. After talking to Shannon about an ideal itinerary for us she
she went away and then came back with an itinerary to suit our needs.
We agreed to go ahead and booked the trip.
Unfortunately just over a week before we were due to leave my husband's back gave way and he was unable to travel.
Shannon was excellent in helping to change the holiday to substitute my son in his Dad 's place. Flights were out of Shannon's control but she sorted everything out that she could. I will always be grateful to her for making a stressful situation more bearable.
Upon arrival in Tokyo we were met by a representative who went through all the train and ferry tickets as well as the tour vouchers.
Unbelievably good organisation. Everything went like clockwork and all the tour guides were great too.
Initially Shannon had trouble in booking us tickets for the Sumo championships
that were due to take place when we were in Tokyo. I was disappointed that she may not have been able to secure the tickets but she came up trumps for us and managed to get us 2 tickets. This proved to be the highlight of my trip, although there were so many other highlights!
