I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Trip of a lifetime, special thanks to Jeff Procopio

We had a great experience working with agent Jeff Procopio, based in the U.S. We were planning a 35th anniversary trip to Switzerland & Italy (we'd never been to either) and only had a high level vision for our trip. Jeff listened to our thoughts and crafted an itinerary that realized that vision and aligned with our budget. Jeff was amenable to making adjustments based on our feedback, until we arrived at the perfect itinerary for us. Jeff was also immensely helpful identifying best modes of transportation between the many points during our 2-week journey; sharing his insights on tipping, activities, tickets, excursions, etc. We were sent a well-organized binder with all the details and documents preceding a 90-min pre-trip call with Jeff to review every detail of our trip. It was only on that call that we realized how many questions we had and asking Jeff in real time was so valuable. We felt confident as we embarked on our trip and Audley Travel was highly responsive to any questions that came up while touring. And...it was truly a trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Jeff and Audley to craft a personalized and special experience.

A Literary Tour Of England

My daughter and I went on a literary tour of England and it was the best trip we have ever taken! Lily, our travel specialist did a fantastic job of designing the perfect itinerary and every location we went to had the best amenities and every guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend Audley Travel to anyone wanting to go on the perfect adventure!

Costa Rica 2025 - Hodge family

Robyn did an amazing job planning our vacation. While in country, Costa Rican Trails was an excellent partner in transportation and excursions. Esther was always in touch with us, and every day was planned and communicated. Our drivers, Marco, Marvin, Gunner, Jose, and Brandon/Diego who also doubled as our rafting guides, were awesome! We always felt safe and they did an excellent job navigating the roads and being tour guides. Each day was wonderful. Our family had the best time, and we are already planning to return to Costa Rica. Thank you Robyn and thank you Audley!

Malaysian Adventure

I have recently returned from 20 day Malaysian holiday. I had very specific requirements to my holiday with places that I wanted to visit as I was born there so wanted to return to places I had been as a child. Charlotte from Audley was amazing. She not only fulfilled my requirements she blew them out of the water. From the planning, booking and the actual trip everything went without any problems. The quality of the service from Audley was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company. Now I just want to go again.

Start to finish this was an excellent…

Start to finish this was an excellent experience. Our rep, Desti, listened to our wants and needs and built it into a perfect agenda. We received a book that outlined a very complex agenda along with where to be, and what to look for at every step of the way. The decisions on lodging, tours, and meals were all spot on. The guidance in an area we had never been in was invaluable.

Wonderful Trip to Peru & Galapagos

We had a wonderful trip to Peru and the Galapagos. A well organised itinerary by Holly Kennedy - excellent guides in Peru and Ecuador and excellent boutique hotel choices in Cusco and Quito. We visited the Galapagos on Solaris an intimate experience with around 16 passengers on board.

From start to finish, Alex Shepherd at Audley Travel was absolutely outstanding. He helped shape initial ideas into something truly unique, responded promptly to every query, and pulled together an incredible local team that delivered above and beyond at every stage. Thanks to Alex and his partners in Cambodia β€” especially Nick and his team - we were able to deliver the experience of a lifetime. The itinerary was adventurous yet seamless: motorbikes, helicopters, speedboats β€” no detail was left to chance, and yet the whole journey retained that magic of mystery and discovery that makes these expeditions truly memorable. This is the fourth trip that I have completed with Audley and they keep getting better. Every element reflected care, precision, and a deep understanding of what makes a trip extraordinary. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alex, Nick, and everyone involved, to anyone, anytime.

Terrific to deal with

I have to admit I was a bit worried at first, using an agent we found online, but the reviews are true. Our trip to Italy was planned perfectly and was fabulous! If we had questions, there was always someone available to answer them. Even while in Italy, the partners that work with Audley were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Cassey is who we began our planning with until a position transfer, and Jenna is who we completed everything with. Both women were wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable. Our drivers were all extremely pleasant, our tour guides made the experience so much better, and our hotels were all very clean and comfortable. It was an amazing journey.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could

Christian LeFort was absolutely fantastic. He organised our honeymoon for us and paid the utmost attention to detail in identifying what we wanted and then tailoring the perfect bespoke trip for us. Would use Audley again absolutely anytime, and strongly recommend Christian.

The perfect trip!

I wanted to go on a trip to Japan with my 79 year old grandmother and Shannon Phelan at Audley did a superb job planning a trip that was both exciting but manageable for her. The pace was just right and the itinerary was perfect for my grandmother who loves Japanese arts and crafts. We particularly loved going to Kanazawa as it was quieter but the gardens were stunning. Thank you for helping me create what genuinely was the trip of a lifetime- I will carry these memories with me forever.
