I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when β¦ absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
Travel to Singapore and onward to Borneo met all our expectations. The travel, although sometimes arduous due to the remoteness of the location, was well worth the effort. Audley provided excellent guidance as to locations to visit, accommodations that were well situated and top notch, and guides that were local to the areas that we were exploring. My wife was interested in the indigenous cultures while viewing wildlife was my main goal. Alix, our specialist, was able to blend both of our goals in to one successful trip. Great trip and Great company. No hesitations on recommending Audley.
Expensive and refuse to refund anything when things go wrong
Audley are very good during the planning stage, but if things go wrong when you are away they are very poor, and if you need to cancel or change anything at the last minute it will cost you dearly as they will refuse refund anything that is cancelled.
By way of an update, after raising a formal complaint with Audley, I was eventually refunded about 20% of our losses.
Recently returned from a packed visit to West Canada and could not be more delighted with the service from Audley Travel. Leo, our personal advisor, was there from start to finish and truly tailor made our holiday for us. Would recommend them with no hesitation and will be returning to them again.
My husband and I have used Audley three times over the last ten years (Peru, Croatia and Thailand), and have always had a fantastic experience. We just returned from our 14 day trip to Thailand with our three children and we had the time of our lives! It was so well thought out, and every transition was so seamless. Each accommodation was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Even the long car ride from Chiang Mai to Golden Triangle felt like a luxury, with a well-stocked van with wifi and plenty of stops. We loved getting such a wide range of cities and experiences throughout the trip- it felt like we covered a lot of ground.
Everything about each resort was first class, from check in to checkout. The accommodations they chose were perfect for our family- we loved the activities (especially Thai boxing in Ko Samui, which we all tried!) the kids LOVED kids club and made new friends there, and we took advantage of the pool, the spa and the gym and tennis courts as well.
Golden Triangle Anantara especially was a once in a lifetime experience, getting to enjoy the elephant sanctuary. The room was beautiful and the jungle bubble was truly incredible. We will never forget that.
As usual, all of the guides were so interesting and informative, and we loved having some insight from a local into each place. I truly feel like I learned so much on this trip- everything from the Buddhist religion, to the opium industry, to the coffee industry, to the unusual fruit, to the local customs. That's always one of my favorite things about traveling with Audley, is the cultural experiences that really make you feel like a traveler, not a tourist. We recommend Audley to all of our family + friends!

We had yet another fabulous holiday arranged by Audley when we visited Canada thanks to Ed. Though we were also visiting family he arranged great things for us. We travelled through the Rockies on the Rocky Mountaineer, hired a car, he arranged fabulous hotels and we went to Whistler. We had a wonderful time
Andria Channels planned a phenomenal trip to Italy for our family. We traveled to Ischia, Sorrento, and Florence. The entire trip was a 10/10. Andria is so easy to work, extremely knowledgeable, and accommodated all of our requests. Some highlights of our trip were our cooking class, wine tastings, and the Amalfi Coast Boat Tour. Before planning this trip, we had never heard of Ischia but decided to explore this destination based on Andria's suggestion. Ischia exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed the island's natural beauty, thermal baths, and friendly locals.
In addition to Ischia, Sorrento was another treat for the eyes! We stayed at the Imperial Hotel Tramontano, another recommendation by Andria, and loved the location and authentic Italian feel of the hotel. Our room was extremely spacious and the views of the sea were magnificent!
We ended our trip in Florence and although we missed being on the coast, Florence gives you a different taste of Italy. We enjoyed visiting the Duomo, Accademia, and Uffizi Galleries. Tuscany and Pisa were also close enough for us to take day trips to both cities.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with Andria. She's very friendly, extremely responsive to any questions we had, and brought exciting ideas to the table during the initial planning phase of our trip. She really aims and succeeds at making her clients happy with their vacations! We will definitely work with her again when planning our next Italian getaway!
Eric put together a six-city tour of northeastern, central and southern Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Seville, Cordoba & Granada) staying in magnificent hotels in the city old towns; arranging rail travel between cities and drivers and tremendously informative personal guides; and booking local events and reservations at outstanding restaurants offering fantastic local cuisine. The guides presented the rich history of the region often in the very buildings where that history was made. The winding old town lanes offer both fairyland and upscale urban experiences, while the restaurants provided extravagant and intimate delight. We will use Eric for future travel without hesitation.

Audley Travel, Borneo, a Brilliant Travel Experience
We have used Audley Travel several times and they always provide tiptop service. Weβve just returned from a fantastic trip to Borneo that Charlotte at Audley put together for us. Our wish was to experience the natural world of Borneo; its animals and flora and fauna. This trip certainly did that and exceeded our expectations. The best spotting was from Abai Lodge on the Kinabatangan River but the best experience was definitely the few days spent in the primary rainforest @ the Borneo Rainforest Lodge, Danum Valley.
From start to finish, Eric customized a 14 day expansive Spain itinerary for my husband and me including overnight stays in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and Granada and day trips to Toledo and Cordoba. Train and airport transfers were seamless, walking guides were diverse, informative and helpful. Audley vetted boutique hotels and restaurants offered outstanding hotel locations, exceptional daily breakfasts, and lovely accommodations. When I needed a doctor for ear infection, an MD was summoned immediately at Seville hotel.
