I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when β¦ absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Amazing holiday to The Rockies, Vancouver & Victoria.
My wife and I have just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday to Canada all organised by Audley. This was our first holiday organised via Audley and Leo Montavoci, their Canada Senior Country Specialist, was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.
During our first telephone conversation with Leo right through to his call today to gain our feedback I cannot thank him enough.
He was patient during our first call, finding out what we wanted from our holiday and making loads of suggestions. He took the time to discover what sort of people we are such as how adventurous we like to be and how physically able. He was then able to draw up a fairly detailed itinerary using his vast experience, to suggest how long to stay in each place and what to see and do. With a few tweaks such as accommodating my request to book a horse riding experience for my wife we agreed on a final holiday plan.
Leo then booked, flights, car hire, hotels and trips, even managing to book us business class flights back with Air Canada all within my allocated budget. Amazing!
We flew to Calgary, picked up our pre booked car and drove to Banff on day one without any problems. Leo suggestion to take day 2 easy to get over any jet lag was sensible with a trip up the gondola our only pre booked trip that day. We ate in his recommended restaurant that evening & I enjoyed the best steak I have ever head. Thanks again Leo
Horse riding and an evening wildlife tour, both pre booked, were day 3 highlights with a black bear munching dandelions on the roadside verge just amazing.
On to Golden for 2 nights followed by a drive up the Icefields Parkway which turned out to be one of 2 outstanding experiences on the trip and strongly recommended by Leo, and now by me! A few nights in Jasper included another wildlife tour before we boarded the Rocky Moutaineer train to Vancouver. This was one of my bucket list requirements for Leo to work in to the plan and turned out to be the other main highlight. Gosh were we spoilt on the 2 day trip.
Vancouver followed by a float plane journey to Victoria (cheers Leo for suggesting and arranging that - another first for me) to bring our holiday to a close. Oh forgot to say we did see Orcas and humpback whales on our final organised tour.
A packed holiday which went without a hitch. We are so impressed. Thank you Leo.
Just completed my first trip with Audley to Bali and Java. I chose Audley because I really liked the interview method of their regional travel expert Alix Macaluso. Besides having a ton of regional knowledge, she asked the right questions to gather interests in order to put together a fantastic custom itinerary for us. Audley's local partners in Bali and Java were great and we felt well cared for throughout the experience.
I also liked our itinerary because it had the right balance of pre-planned activity with self-directed activity which allowed us to choose certain museums and restaurants. As a self proclaimed foodie the itinerary allowed me time to book several fabulous restaurants.
I've also booked three additional trips with Audley and I am looking forward to all of them!
Eric curated an incredible two-week trip for us to Portugal and London. He listened to our preferences and delivered a perfectly balanced itinerary with great accommodations, smooth logistics, and memorable experiences like a London food tour and Douro Valley wine tasting.
He was responsive, detail-oriented, and clearly invested in making the trip special.

It has been a long held dream for us to explore South Africa and Victoria Falls. We had ideas and significant places we wanted to visit. Andy Freeman, South Africa Specialist at Audley Travel listened to our ideas and plans and created an itinerary that encompassed all our ideas along with his recommendations. He turned our dreams into a reality which exceeded our expectations beyond belief. His expertise was invaluable, he recommended outstanding accommodation, several private tours, a perfect safari and the Jewel in the Crown a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls. We had a truly magnificent adventure to South Africa and Victoria Falls. We would highly recommend Audley Travel for their personal service, attention to detail and unfailing support and information. It was outstanding.
Our first time to use Audley. But from the first call we were made to feel comfortable. They have been very efficient and we received regular communication from them with any updates or changes. Very helpful and would highly recommend.
Audley made our four location, many excursion Honeymoon relaxing and stress free.
We booked our Costa Rican Honeymoon adventure with Samantha from Audley. She was helpful and knowledgeable when personalising out trip. She really listened to what we wanted, even swapping a long drive for an internal flight to reduce our time on the road.
All four hotels we stayed at were amazing and luxurious, despite only being Audleyβs βmediumβ rating.
The many excursions we did during our trip were incredible and well organised. All pick ups and drop offs ran smoothly and everyone we encountered during our travels were very friendly.
The destination specific information call, check in call with Samantha and documentation we received made us feel prepared during a busy time up to our wedding.
Audley were very helpful when our flight home was cancelled. Before we knew the flight was cancelled they had already booked us onto an alternative flight and arranged an additional night at no extra cost. We were also able to choose which location where we wanted to spend the extra night.
I have recently booked my first cruise holiday. I must admit that initially I was a little nervous but now I canβt wait!

My friend and I have returned from Rwanda it was the fantastic holiday trekking with the mountain gorillas.Was an experience I will never forget.our guides were fabulous so full of knowledge. The people really so so friendly couldn't do enough for us.Rwanda is one fabulous country.Audrey travels were remarkable from beginning to end. Marcha was brilliant the arrangements were brillant. Excellent tour of China - city sights and countryside
We recently travelled to China - Beijing, Xiβan, Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Yangshuo (then onto Hong Kong independently), all arranged by Chris. The holiday went without a hitch, the Chinese tour agency provided excellent guides and all transfers, trains, planes, pickups, went very smoothly. We had a good mix of small boutique and larger hotels, and a busy schedule but still with enough downtime for relaxation. Chris was always very prompt in replying to my queries prior to travel. I will use Audley again for similar future adventures.
