I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Trip of a Lifetime - amazing from start to finish

Audley Travel was amazing from start to finish. Our trip came together quickly. We knew that we wanted to go to S Africa and experience a safari and all that the area had to offer. Our South African specialist, Thora, shared her first-hand experiences and helped shape a trip that balanced time, costs, and off-the-chart sites and adventures. We typically put together our own travel, but heading to South Africa was beyond our comfort range. With the help of Audley, we ended up seeing Cape Town, went on safari in Thorny Bush Preserve, and then on to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. We encountered no issues on this trip!!! People picked us up when needed, flights were great, and the food and hotels were fabulous. Although there were zero issues, we felt very glad that there was a team available to help us if the need arose.

Trip of a lifetime to Galapagos…

We booked a trip to the Galapagos through Audley and from start to finish the experience was superb! Holly Kennedy was our rep and she was amazing, advising on the best time to go to observe animal behaviour and good weather. Our trip was totally amazing, we met lovely people on our small cateramerang, a superb guide, fab crew, amazing food and just the best experience in terms of the wildlife and animal behaviour we saw. A memorable experience! Highly recommend!

Pacific Northwest made easy!

Seattle to Portland and everything in between. As someone who organises large events and plans everything to a tee, the thought of bringing in someone to help plan our holiday is daunting... BUT I'm so glad we did! Ewan had first hand knowledge and experience of everything we wanted to do. He also provided fantastic recommendations that weren't on our original itinerary and become some of our favourite holiday memories. From the initial chat I felt Ewan not only understood our brief but enhanced it with realistic and honest enthusiasm. Audley certainly surprised us with the extra attention to detail and the pre travel pack they send has been the best I've seen compared with other travel companies. Contact leading up to departure was consistent and helpful, and the Teams call meant we got even more 1 on 1 time with Ewan to go through a day by account and double check we were happy with everything. It was also great to join an online event about the USA hosted by some of the Audley team, another extra that certainly benefited us. Whilst away, we had peace of mind knowing the Audley team were there 24/7 should we need them. Great to see that Audley take the time to catch-up after your holiday for feedback, showing that care to make the next customers trip better again.

Amazing experience with Audley Travel - Highly Recommend!

With the help of Audley, I have fulfilled two bucket list dreams of mine - Thailand and Costa Rica. As a solo female traveller with chronic health issues, I had many concerns about travelling long-haul on my own. However, as soon as I spoke to my Country Specialists, Glynn and Samantha, I immediately knew I was in safe hands. Both of them went above and beyond to cater for my needs, making me feel supported and at ease throughout. Every single transfer, tour, and excursion went smoothly, and I felt well looked after during both trips. During our initial conversations, I asked for the trip of a lifetime, and that's exactly what I got in both destinations! I've finally found a way to travel in my situation, all thanks to Audley. Both trips included several unique, extraordinary and memorable experiences, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service received. What truly sets Audley apart from its competitors is enthusiasm, personalised knowledge and attention to detail. While they may not be the cheapest company to book with, providing value for money is clearly at the heart of Audley's ethos. I cannot wait to book more trips with Audley in the future, and I'm already discussing a return to Costa Rica with Sam! Very happy client - couldn't recommend enough, especially for solo travellers.

Fantastic holiday

Caroline Revnell and Audley organised the most amazing 3 week trip for us to Panama, Quito and Galapagos. Everything went according to plan and we received all the information we needed prior to our trip which was really useful. Recommend then highly or organise your holiday they think of everything. Guides, drivers and tours all worked out perfectly. Many thanks magical holiday

From the initial inquiry right through to our return from South Africa Thora Taylor from Audley Travel could not have been more professional. The suggestions itinerary wise, as well as lodging could not have worked out better. Questions and requests for information were always responded to in a timely manner. The itinerary was perfect. Thora took careful consideration of my priorities and built a unique experience that left both my husband and I with a desire to return in the near future. Had an amazing trip to Japan

Had an amazing trip to Japan thanks to Audley Travel and our rep, Adam Falk. He took time to listen to our requests, what interests we had, what we hoped to take out of this holiday. Everything was beyond what we imagined, hotels were perfect and in good locations, the guides he had set up along the way provided information we never would have known if we did this completely on our own. The itinerary fit us perfect, from big city to small towns, gardens and temples. This is our second holiday with Audley, completely satisfied with the planning and service they provide, their reps are very knowledgeable, will definitely use again for future travels.
