I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when β¦ absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
We have just returned from a Malaysia/Australia/Japan trip, its the third time we have used Audley Travel and as before we were delighted with the service we got from Shannon and the rest of the AT team. The secret is to be realistic about your budget and honest with the things you would like to accomplish, and they will nail it for you. I have personally recommended them many times to friends, this is the first time I have posted a public review, anyway, its 5* for me.
We were visiting Columbia for a work trip and sought advice regarding staying in Columbia. Scotts passion for the country encouraged us to stay put and explore it, we were really please we did so . He quickly got a feel for what we wanted to do and see, the type of accommodation we liked and from that moment planned the whole itinerary. Everything went smoothly, great comms before the trip, during and after, internal travel, drivers & guides were all great and took away all the hassle of doing it independently. We always felt safe and were kept informed of tours/changed plans etc. A great country to visit and would definitely use Audley to organise future trips.
We had used Audley for planning help with a trip before and decided to use them again for our recent trip to Italy. We were extremely happy with our experience. Our advisor, Andria, helped us plan a trip that was enjoyable and memorable. She was knowledgeable regarding our travel area and offered insights and suggestions that were quite useful. All in all, she was instrumental in providing us with a great travel experience.
We booked our honeymoon to French Polynesia through Audley, and Anthony V was incredibly helpful with the planning. He took care of everything, resorts, inter-island flights, and timing. He quickly addressed any issues that came up while we were traveling.

We had an AMAZING trip to Greece and it was all because of the wonderful service we had with Audley Travel. My mom, sister and I traveled to Greece for 2 weeks. For reference we are all 56 or older. We had private tour guides for all of our excursions, private cars and drivers (THE BEST!!) and lovely hotels. Our tour guides were so knowledgeable and friendly to us. We were in Athens for 4 days, Nafplio for 4 days, Chania (on Crete) for 4 days and then back to Athens airport for the night before our fight home. We went kayaking, sailing, explored ruins, castles, and the loveliest towns and neighborhoods. We even had a private cooking experience in a lovely home! All of the food we had was out of this world and the Greek wines were delicious. We had to buy 2!! extra suitcases to get home because of all of the wonderful shopping we did. We were recommended to Audley Travel by a friend and we are so happy for it. None of us have ever traveled on a trip that has been curated by a travel agent before. This trip was very bougie and a once in a lifetime style of travel for us. Thank you Jeffrey and Audley Travel!!!
We have used Audley for several previous trips, and this time, like before, we ended up with a wonderful trip. All of our drivers and guides and all of the activities personalized for us were perfect and well matched to what Audley knows about us from earlier trips and what our consultant there this time, Lily Cohen, got from listening well in our initial conversations. Audley is relatively pricey, but you get what you pay for - a seamless and personalized trip where every detail is wonderful. If you are clear about what you want from an adventure, they are great at making it happen and at adding things you would have asked for if you knew they existed.
By there very nature you only do a once in a lifetime, once! Audley Travel organised our ten week Round the World and, if it could have been done better, I don't know how. Our trip included 5 countries, 14 flights, 2 two week car hires and 21 hotels and, with the help of Audley's fantastic App, it all worked like clockwork.
Working with Audley Travel and my travel specialist, Stephanie Mailhot, was an amazing experience. I booked Audley to create an amazing birthday trip for me and my 2 friends and the entire process was so professional. They made everything easy and truly created an amazing itinerary and overall experience. Even though I had to cancel my trip due to personal reasons, the care that the Audley team took to create the experience and answer my questions has been 5 star from beginning to end.

Last year we booked a holiday through Audley to western Canada. I would normally arrange such a holiday myself but there were many moving parts and identifying and booking the accommodation we wanted at the times we wanted was proving difficult. On a family memberβs advice we tried Audley. The subsequent trip was a resounding success and most enjoyable. Audleyβs setup is very client-friendly and their organisation was flawless.
This year we decided to visit Borneo. Malaysia is an area we have never been to and were unfamiliar with. So we turned again to Audley. There is no doubt that using Audley adds a significant premium to the cost of a holiday but, in our view, each time has been totally worth the additional outlay. Itβs worth noting though that we did save some money by arranging the long-haul flights ourselves.
Our country specialist was Charlotte Callin. She clearly knew the area very well and the itinerary she helped us put together through a number of chats, emails and video calls was exactly what we wanted. Overall, the trip was well-organised and fully met our expectations. All arrangements and transfers went smoothly. The accommodation was as described and very comfortable (air-conditioning was a must). The documents provided were comprehensive and the Audley app, which contained the details of our itinerary and other useful information, was extremely helpful. Each of our various guides was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his subject; without their input, the trip would have been considerably less enjoyable. Even the drivers to and from the Danum valley knew their birds and other wildlife.
And, in all phases of our holiday Charlotte Callinβs advice and tips were spot on and contributed much to our overall fun.
