Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Really great customer service. I called on Saturday night after finding that my drains were blocked and failing to unblock myself. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained the process and book a technician visit. The following morning two technicians arrived and were again really positive, happy and knowledgeable. They got my drains sorted and all with a smile. They were also very complementary about their experience of working for Anglian Water and in my experience it is rare to find someone who is happy in their Job!

By far the best utility provider. Never more than 2 minutes to wait when you call them, extremely polite and helpful customer representatives. They have been very helpful every problem I had. It’s genuinely a breeze compared to some other utility providers.

I have recently moved home and the process with Anglian Water was perfect. They took the meter reading at my old property and my new property when they said they would and the credit balance was transferred over with no errors. Very happy with this.

Just had some of the BEST help from a girl named Emma. She was able to get me all the information I needed, going back a few years,and even found I had a credit from a previous property. She was super efficient and friendly. Working in retail I know how giving good service can make someones day, Emma has made my week! What a valuable member of your team!

Can't fault them at all as my supplier, had an issue today with a blocked sewer and after reading about shared drainage I thought I'd call them to see if they could help. To be honest I was expecting them to wriggle out of it and find some loophole which meant they wouldn't cover it, but they were more than happy to help! I called them at 10:50am and by 3pm the same day they'd been out and fixed the problem. Honestly thought it would be a nightmare this time of year to get this kind of thing sorted, but so happy I contacted them first and it didn't cost a thing especially as the issue had been caused by a neighbouring property. Beware this company my water bill came in 10x the normal amount Yes nearly 500 pounds for water usage I argued and tried to find s reason for excess usage. None was found and after a long battle paid it. When I paid it no one informed me of late charges,actually the delay was a lot hot do with the inefficiency of their customer complaint department. Now to add insult to injury I have been hit with a late payment fee of charges of 190 pounds yes 190 pounds BEWARE THIS COMPANY I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO CCWATER AND OF FEAR. I WISH TO SWITCH FROM THIS TERRIBLE GREEDY MERCENARY COMPANY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
