Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Had a leak which took a while to hunt down so I claimed for excess water usage and got a rebate without any hassle at all. Well done.

I wanted to say how outstanding Stuart Carr, your leakage technician, has been to our company, Great Bear, Brackmills, Northampton. He has found our source of water leakage and saved over 240L of water being needlessly lost every hour of every day, saving our company money but even more importantly just saving water and helping the environment. He took the time, patience and effort to help us source where the lost water was coming from, and helped us to solve this matter. That is unbelievably first class customer service. He persevered over a week to help us and I cannot thank him enough, and we appreciate his help so much. Thank you Stuart, you are the best ambassador for Anglian Water. Very expensive more than my gas and electricity together, can't change the supplier under current legislation. Basically trapped and they dictate what money they want. I stop showering every day and washing my clothes, I do the dishes at end of day and still expensive. If I'm using a cup of water the meter will record 1 litre. So I use 0.2 litre but I'm paying 1 litre...

Rang to report a leak in a North Norfolk tourist village. I was on the phone 8minutes and was charged £5.00 I rang their 0845 714 5145 number advertised on their board. Wrote personally to the CEO Mr P Simpson about the issue never got a reply or acknowledgement. Guess what? I won’t be a good citizen again not at that rate the water can flow from the ground in future. You think you are helping and you get a £5.00bill. Thank you but NO THANKS. Amazing hear nothing write a bad review and they are back to me like a shot. Don’t need you appologies in any shape or form just get your CEO and his team to answer emails. In using his personal email it always usually gets a response
