Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Awful company. Taking local allotments to further enhance their network. Perhaps they should focus on stopping leaks in the creeping infrastructure before doing any other work.

Can’t stand this company. How can they think it is ok to dump raw sewage in the sea. Why don’t they have enough capacity in their network to deal with it rather than just dump it. And they never give a great reason why it’s normally there was a storm Other than this I have never had a great experience dealing with the company their service agents can be rude and not helpful at all. You can wait ages to speak to someone and live forever on hold

Anglian Water Company created a bill for me after they’d moved me over to a different water company…. Didn’t tell me and then proceeded to hit my credit score for none payment…. When I contacted them and disputed firstly the amount, they announced not only had they got the amount wrong, they’d got me at another address, then proceeded to tell me the money owed was maybe from an old bill elsewhere, grasping completely at straws as I’d been abroad for over a decade…. Company is a complete joke but mostly dishonest, then got told if I simply paid their bill immediately they’d reinstate my credit score, no physical evidence of me owing anything ironically… So I asked to speak to a supervisor, they’d have to get back to me within 48 hours and guess what more lies as I await this call… Anglian Water Company can’t be trusted but I expect this to be the start of their incompetence as they start to hit people with new fabricated bills due to their regulators awarding them the ability to create bills people…. Be very afraid as Anglian Water Company are extremely unprofessional and liars !!!! Okay today 06/11/2024, I got to speak with Charlotte from the Anglian Water Company and she’s restoring my faith in this business as she could see that the level of service wasn’t up to her own high standards or what she was willing to accept on behalf of her employer… If only Anglian Water Company could employ lots more Charlottes maybe they’d be less stress, burden and financial implications on their customers…. Thank you Charlotte and Anglian Water Company…. Moving customers to other companies needs to be more transparent Anglian Water Company, my solution get yourselves more Charlottes….

Megan who helped me was brilliant and very knowledgeable and helped me add my new property to my account, set up my DD and explain what will happen next.
