Learning my ancestry results totally surprised me. I expected the Armenian and Irish heritage. The other DNA results included French, Norwegian, English and Greek. So interesting to know. Very happy experience!
So far bad, I can’t see my DNA test well, to much problems with the app.
I was so excited to find out that I am 31% Nigerian ironically I am here on vacation that made it all the more exciting for me. I'm going to talk to everybody to let them know they should do a test I really enjoyed looking at my results.
The execution is stellar and top notch as they make the process to submit your DNA sample easy and they do a great job communicating your progress for your Results being ready. It is a big disappointment beyond that once you get your results. Everything is a tease and is monetized. You don't get any real information beyond things that were submitted by prior premium users which is likely not to be a lot and your DNA connections are limited to other family members who went through the process which is also limited. Any detail they've they tell you to pay a premium for it, which is a sizable amount of money with little to no confidence the information is worth how much they are charging. Not good

75% of the "traits" reported to me by Ancestry.com are incorrect. I just received another notification today that I am prone to more cavities. What? Not so. I have only had 3 cavities in my entire life. I submit emails to them aoub the problems which go unanswered. Plus I get notifications that there is new info for me about an ancestor but I have to pay extra to view a newspaper. This is ridiculous. I do not have confidance in this organization or their testing.
I found out that my sister an I do not have the same dad witch made things more understanding for me
I'm really excited about the results! I'm from Azerbaijan, and some of our critics often claim that we are nomads from the Altai region. But according to my DNA analysis, I am 92% from the native Iran/Caucasus region. So now I can confidently say that I am truly an indigenous Caucasian person.
Hard to navigate
Thought I’d get written results. It’s asked me to complete info and I have and I keep getting message will get more info mid June. I must not be navigating correctly
They offer a membership which I bought 5 kits and 5 memberships. Paid extra for 3 month memberships that are not honored becauSe they are a gift. Total rip off
Signing up for this app has been life changing for me. I have learned so much about my family history. I’ve found out a lot and it has been mind blowing. The best is yet to come.
This appears to be a scam to have you commit to subscribing to spend money to get information that should be free.

It was ok too much just wanted my results like know I’m forced to leave a review before I can see my DNA results
My experience is fabulous it started with I needed 4 kits shipped to 3 different address and it was just a little difficult to do this from my phone. I called customer service and they had it complete in no time. I've been wanting my family to do this and I can't wait and now I'm starting our family tree and it's a lot of fun with the tools they have. Thank you, Kimberley
