This is a money grab. You’ll receive almost daily emails trying to get you to add more services. For example, when you get your DNA results, they give you the regions of origin and then give you five traits based on your DNA. They inform you that there about 40 more and will release them to you for more money. I would definitely not do it again.
The results were interesting, the submission process way. However, the one question that I asked was regarding potential Native American blood/dna/, which was not addressed. I specifically included that question in writing with my sample when I submitted it, so I disappointed. That was the main reason for submitting my sample and paying for the service.
I’m hoping the results will be mailed to me. Honestly, I felt like very minimal info was given, and it was just enough to get a person to spend $99.95 for 3 months. Haven’t decided what I’ll do yet…afraid more minimal info will be given.
I'm glad I did it, I was expecting a higher % in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and but I'm happy overall in my results, thank you. It was worth it to pay extra to receive it faster.

Not at all what the hype would have you believe!! Very little/limited information provided…… UNLESS YOU SPEND MORE MONEY!! Would not recommend anyone wasting their money.
Tried the free trial of the “world explorer membership” or whatever it’s called. Only used it for one day and was unsatisfied when I learned that you have to pay for more memberships on separate websites to access related articles or images. Thought I had cancelled but apparently I didn’t and was automatically charged $42.79 for another month of getting no extra information. Called to ask for a refund a day later only to find out that those are non-refundable. Which as a very large company I’m sure you can see that my account has been inactive and unused since the first day of my free trial, I don’t see why I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. My email was never even verified. On top of that, I find out they also charge a “early cancellation” fee of $25. A scam all the way around. I’ve always wanted to try a DNA kit, but after this I will definitely be using a different company. I wish they had the option to leave and look at other reviews on their actual website so other people won’t be fooled into paying for a service that is basically useless.
I’m finding it extremely difficult to navigate in the app. I finally was able to view matches. But since I left that screen, I haven’t been able to view my matches. Frustrating! Wish I could speak with someone!!!!!
For the cost of this DNA kit, it did not include access to ancestry.com everything is additional cost. Nothing is showing up without additional cost. Very difficult to follow without membership.
It is not user friendly and there are too many gimmicks. I just want the information not all the add ons and I am finding it difficult to get to the basics which is what I paid for.
Nice. Works well. After trial it starts at 25.00...39.00 for world traveler. DNA kit was simple... got info on where I'm from In percentages which can be off up to 25% lol Still kinda cool. The traits are silly, a waste of money. But people I may or may not be related to...40391!!! Holy cow....well how many months is that to make a family tree. Over all kinda cool. But to expensive. if your doing research to build a tree... this is the way to go.

This has been an amazing discovery for me..learning my ancestral journey and make up is awesome. It just let's me know even more how God is truly awesome cause He enables me to know this by giving the creators of this company the ability to do this..my entire immediate family is taking the tests and I am encouraging my extended family to do this so we can create a tree and go deeper.
The process was so easy to do. I found out a lot of cool things about myself!!! For example I am mostly Scottish!!!! It was really neat to see other DNA matches.
