I got a hint showing my Aunt died even showing a headstone. My mom is 8 I. When I told her she got so upset. So "SURPRISE " MY AUNT IS VERY MUCH ALIVE! Please make sure your hints are correct! So upset!!!

You guys auto recharged me for a whole year and wont refund me. Thats criminal. Its one thing to prorate me for what time has already gone by but to charge someone for a whole year when they don't want the service and only let it renew as an honest mistake and giving no recourse is not a way to do business. There is no way I will ever give your company another cent, and I will tell everyone I ever meet the same thing.

Waste of money, doesn’t tell you exactly your heritage, just general areas

It’s fine. I feel like some of the items that are being charged for for family tree should be included in your initial purchase. I get too many ads asking for money. I am on a fixed budget and I would love to see all the stuff that you have to offer but it’s way too much money.

Kept updated on the whole process very professional and good company.

I was actually looking for a particular person, my biological father and it didn't help. Very confusing to use. It's very hard to locate people that you are looking for.

I just joined up and found out a lot of history I had no idea about and quite a few distant relatives! Wow! Very interesting and hope to make contact with some of these great people.

Charged me for a membership I don't need (sneakily with a £1 intro offer and then £49.99 renewal). Cancelled it immediately and contacted support but they refuse to refund it! Ridiculous policy for a large company.

I was surprised at how easy it was to register my DNA test and the fact that I was able to get immediate answers for my questions. I was also very surprised at the results. I had always been told that my ancestors were German and that on my Mother's side, they married American Indians after arriving in America. I was very surprised that not any percentage of my DNA was native American. What an interesting discovery to share with my siblings! Thank you for settling the matter. Now we can research our Belgium and Scotish roots and learn more about our ancestors that were Jewish.

Your site was too hard to navigate. I’d forgotten the password as my daughter gave it as a gift. And you would not recognise a new password when I tried to change it so I wasn’t able to open the site again. unless you can help me with this so I actually see what my results are I couldn’t recommend you to anyone sincerely Tony Bracken

Well as of today I haven't received my results yet, so needless to say how can I give a review in 1st place ??? PS I WALK WITH GOD N THE DEVIL. AMEN

I am 88 years old and what I really wanted was a confirmation to my heritage that I had been told by my mother, that I was nearly 100% Slovenian and could possibly have a little bit of German. I thought this would be simple. It turned out to be convoluted, complicated beyond my imagination, with no reasonable way to communicate my concerns and wishes. I have little or no records of my family history so answering your questions was impossible Some early current information was accurate with my parents and 2 brothers and one sister. Then my oldest brother disappeared, never to be mentioned again, and generations of possible matches kept showing up, Next you wanted to build a family tree with my husbands family that was absurd. And emails kept arriving faster than I could even read them, let alone analyze them. I know there was some interesting information about my parents and one generation back, but it was impossible for me to discuss this with you. I should have had communication with live people and would it would saved so much time for a majority of people like me to explain what we was looking for and what information you were sending was possibly mine and what wasn't. And lastly, it soon became clear to me that Ancestry.com was highly motivated to sell me more product. In the end, you did confirm that my mother's information was accurate. I wish your diagrams and explanations were user friendly for printing out but even that is highly disappointing.

So far I’m ver pleased with the results. Not many surprises but confirmation that my research is going in the right direction.

Well I tried to edit my father information that I put in wrong and it didn’t let me make corrections.

Scummy ass website. I did a free trial through PayPal. And used a pre paid visa with not enough money on it as a backup. Pal pay went directly in my bank to give them $25, then once I realized it, they charged me another $25 to cancel. Stay away from this predatory shit.
