1. It was not explained to me that all sales were final before purchase. 2. The delivery company had to make a second trip on a different day due to forgetting items. 3. The staff were cordial

The first girl that greeted us was nice but clearly new. She had to keep asking co-workers for information when we had questions. It was really frustrating to us. Finally, my husband asked if we could be helped by someone who had been there awhile. Jeff P. Ended up assisting us. He could answer all of our questions. You could also tell he was trying to teach the new girl as he worked. He was friendly, knowledgable and had great suggestions. We will definitely ask for him on future visits.
Rep at store was fine. The delivery service they contracted was horrible. I didnt receive my furniture until after 9pm. The agreed upon fee that was quoted was not what they asked for. Quite unprofessional.
I just purchased a reclining sofa set the first was messed up and now the set we just exchanged has the same problems and I was told I would have to use my 150$ warranty I paid for to exchange that and I don’t have convenient access to a vehicle to transport back to the store yes I’m disappointed but I’m sure the answer will be that “there’s nothing we can do sir”

I purchased the same bed 5 years ago. When I moved I gave the bed to a family member. It is a wonderful bed. My complaint is with the workers. I went to pick up my bed and mattress. When I took it home I realized they loaded 2 foot boards. I called to speak with the manager and when the associate was explaining the problem the manager was extremely rude in the background. They realized I could hear and just placed me on hold. I felt that since I didn't get the wrong item they should deliver the headboard and pick up the extra footboard. After minutes on hold they said yes but that I would have to wait. The wait time was over 3 days. I had to spend extra money to have the footboard loaded and delivered back. When the exchange took place I advised them that I had no directions for assembling the bed. I was told there were not any instructions and everything was self explanatory. I had to call the manufacturer of the bed and have spend me a pdf of the instructions. Considering the error of loading the item and then the rudeness of the manager. I would think they could assist in getting instructions for the bed or even rushed to get the correct item to me.
Excellent service and knowledgeable sales staff. Very competitive prices as well. Highly recommend.
My sectional and end tables were delivered a day later then it was supposed to.when I called the delivery driver they gave me the run around as if they didn't know what happened to my stuff and that some how it was in Akron ( I live in Cleveland). Next day I spoke to someone and still didn't get my delivery they gave me a 50$ in store credit as if I really wanted to buy from there again after this whole mess and i still didn't get my delivery untill the following day. I was at work so my 18 year old met them at my house for my understanding they were supposed to unwrap the couches and put the end tables together but they didn't so I had to put everything together. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 The manager there was very professional and didn't lose his cool with me even when I was furious but the other employees including delivery drivers were unprofessional.

The sofa I first got was not comfortable at all over hard. They let me exchange it but it's not exactly what I wanted. The one I wanted was a little higher than what I was approved for. Its ok but s.till not satisfied with it
