Worst Experience Ever!!
I purchased the same bed 5 years ago. When I moved I gave the bed to a family member. It is a wonderful bed. My complaint is with the workers. I went to pick up my bed and mattress. When I took it home I realized they loaded 2 foot boards. I called to speak with the manager and when the associate was explaining the problem the manager was extremely rude in the background. They realized I could hear and just placed me on hold. I felt that since I didn't get the wrong item they should deliver the headboard and pick up the extra footboard. After minutes on hold they said yes but that I would have to wait. The wait time was over 3 days. I had to spend extra money to have the footboard loaded and delivered back. When the exchange took place I advised them that I had no directions for assembling the bed. I was told there were not any instructions and everything was self explanatory. I had to call the manufacturer of the bed and have spend me a pdf of the instructions. Considering the error of loading the item and then the rudeness of the manager. I would think they could assist in getting instructions for the bed or even rushed to get the correct item to me.
