The sectional was missing legs

The sectional was missing legs. The manager offered me a 100 bucks off and assured me I could go to our local Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc and for maybe 30 bucks buy the legs! Went to every store in town and no one sold legs that would fit. Ordered them from amazon and it’s been a complete disaster. The clamp they screw into the couch with wasn’t made properly and won’t stay in the wood. The Ottman that I purchased from them separately had no legs and that was never mentioned to me. Called the store and was told they would get me the legs and would talk to the manager about the clamps being broke. Jeff called me and I returned the call and haven’t received the legs, or a call back. Furniture looks nice but is junk and I feel lied too.

They told me I going to get some good…

They told me I going to get some good discounts and after all that the guy chage me everything to a regular price because he say he made a mistake and he need to charge me the different of the money amount. And after all that I ended getting all the couches damaged and if I want them good I need to get the myself on another city pick them up by me.

Delivery is undependable

After shopping around all day yesterday 3/30/19. I made a cash purchase for a 5 pice bedroom set around 3pm from the Morrow store. The salesman was very helpful in finding the right piece for the right price. I'm very thankful for that. I was frustrated with the delivery charge of $160. I then realized there was a closer in Douglasville with a delivery fee of $85 but couldn't guarantee delivery until the next day. We bargained on a price of $120 for same day delivery of no later than 9pm from the Morrow store. I waited and waited after rearranging my night until around 10:45 PM I recieved a call from delivery driver that he was 2.5hrs away and wouldn't be able to come until next day by noon. I am frustrated because I would've set up that appt with Douglasville to accommodate with my work schedule seeing that I am not available and the price difference was a big gap. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not happy. 3stars is for delivery and would've gotten 5stars if this didn't happen.

5 stars....during my visit I found just what I needed and wanted. The staff was patient...helpfull...and courtious. The furniture I selected was just what I needed...delivery servious was wonderful. Thank you....I am very happy.

First i purchsed my living room & a dinet set from them i financed it .manger told me chris tgat it would b about a week b4 i recived my stuff well he never gave me a call bk i had to call him then he said another week.at the end it to almosy a month to get my stuff .not to mention the delivery drivers said the put the table together for a fee .whitch they did and didnt do it rt gad screws comeing thru table called main office he said he take care if it .i finalky got a new table this month ans all this took place in dec.and i got my furniture in jan.smh then turned around and got more furniture just to have the store forge my signiyure on paper work .for the finance company .im so upset im really considering filing fraud charges on this business in Bellmead I don't have a problem paying for the merchandise have a problem with somebody signing my signature not to mention I still have the documentation from the first time I ordered furniture from with my signature on it so I can prove that is not my signature at all somebody needs to contact me before I take the matter into my own hands plus I tried to call the finance company and let them know that that was not my signature and the young lady just told me that she called them and they told her that yes it was clearly is not and clearly she would know it's not if she could go back and look at the other documentation with my signature on them this is just ridiculous and I will never get anything from them again and tell anybody I run into not to do it either poor customer service good Furniture just poor customer service

Poor Customer Service

Hello, This matter concerns the poor customer service I received during and after my purchase on December 24, 2018. On the said date, I visited the Trussville store to purchase a mattress set. Once we got there, I made the decision to also purchase a bedroom set as well. During my visit, I noticed the staff was stretched thin and was unorganized. It took me over 2 hours to purchase a mattress and bedroom set. The store manager, Rodney, was not fully aware of what items were in stock. It seemed like every time we chose a set he would say, "oh we have it in-house", but 30 minutes later he would say no we do not have it. So we would have to start our search all over again. Every time we chose a set either a nightstand and/or mirror would be missing or the item would be damaged. When we finally found a complete set he returned from the back to tell me the headboard had a few scratches on it and the bedrails seemed to be missing; however, he would give me small discount ($80) and send me home with some temporary rails. Before I left the store, Rodney informed me that he would notify (after he returned from vacation) me when the correct rails are received. Since never called me as he promised, I ended up having to call him instead. When I spoke to him around the end of January 2019, he told me that the rails were in-house and I could come pick them up. When I picked them up on that following Sunday, I noticed the box was extremely tall for full size rails. I asked if the rails were the correct size and he reassured me they were the correct size. Well, when we tried to put them on the bed on March 15th, we noticed the rails were for a queen size bed and not a full. I called back to the store and spoke with Carli who tried to resolve the issue by offering to order the correct rails and a $100 store credit. She advised me that I would have to come pick them up. I told her I refused to drive another 40 minutes to sit and wait while the search for the rails and get it wrong again. I told her they should have them delivered at Rodney's expense. Carli stated that's not possible since deliveries are made by a third party vendor and the customer is responsible for paying the delivery cost(s). I told her to have Rodney call me since all of this is his fault and I shouldn't have to keep fixing his issues. Carli stated she will give him the message. As of today, I have not heard from him or anyone from the store. I will never purchase another item from your store and I am definitely going to share my experience with others. I've purchased furniture from other stores and has never been treated so poorly. At this point, someone from the corporate office needs to contact me regarding resolving this matter before I make my last payment on May 2, 2019.

I purchased furniture at the Syracuse…never again

I purchased furniture at the Syracuse store last weekend and will never order furniture from them again!!! Not only did they not want to help me cancel something off my order that wouldn’t fit in my house they made me drive to the store two times to cancel it and complained about having to cancel it and when they finally canceled it the guy stopped helping me to help two other people. I had to wait 15 mins for him to come back and finish helping me. When I got there to get my furniture (I was told both the couch and love seat were there when I first bought it) they took 25 mins to find my furniture and then couldn’t find the love seat! After 10 more minutes of looking all over they found it. It took 15 mins just for the guy to give the paperwork cuz he was too busy talking to other employees and doing crazy handshakes. When I got the furniture home and unwrapped the love seat has rips in the back and in a couple of the seams! This place is unprofessional and very unorganized!

I experienced the most awesome customer service in years! I furnished my whole house at America Freight. The quality of what I received is the best I have ever had.The manager that helped me,walked me through the whole process to give me what I needed for the budget I had.Thank you America Freight !!!

Very friendly when buying

Very friendly when buying, but once there is a problem with your purchase you are on your own. Be careful for the small print that says all sales final. Best to search other furniture stores....even Walmart would be better then this place. All I can say is buyer be ware.

I will never buy from them again

I will never buy from them again. I didn’t even have my bed a year I called they said I could com pick out new rails. The way it broke I needed a whole new frame. They kept telling me they would look into it and call me back never did. It’s under two years old. The box spring wood is already broken the mattress is in horrible shape already from sleeping on the floor. I will never buy another product from them!
